Because the business has previously completed work for us, I called them. The organisation stated that the plumber will show up in an hour, and the phone reception was pleasant and effective. In less than an hour, the plumber was at our house. With the work, we are overjoyed. We suggest the business to anyone who needs plumbing work done in their home.

After making sure my pets were stowed in crates and kept preoccupied with treats and new toys, the plumber never showed up to the house. I wasn't even given a phone call informing me of this. I had to phone the company only to find out that the plumber is too busy. I even politely offered a reschedule that would make it easier for the plumber but I was told over the phone that we are a small company and it would be better if you went somewhere else". I am not at all impressed with their sense of professionalism and their utter lack of ability to communicate with their clients."

I recently had a clogged kitchen drain. I called a number of plumbing companies and found Washburn Plumbing & Electric to be the most helpful over the phone. Having never worked with a plumbing company before, I was a little nervous as to what to expect. They were very professional, helpful and reasonably priced. I hope not to have many more plumbing problems, but would definitely use them again if I do!

The company deserves praise for repairing our toilet yesterday. When I saw a bad smell emanating from the restroom, I yelled. Thanks to the business, the issue was quickly resolved! Excellent work!
