I took 2 coats in to get the zippers fixed. I went to pick them up (on the date on the ticket) but they were not touched or fixed yet. Staff said I was called for an update but I never received a call. Mistakes happen, but I still went back for a refund and to take my broken coats home.They said they would still fix them (to keep my business I would think) but the employee was not trained to do refunds and I should come back. Inconvenient, but thats alright if the employee was new.But, upon trying to get some sort of refund later, I was told no refunds. I had to pay almost TWICE AS MUCH than what I was quoted as well. I am extremely dissatisfied. This was a 2 week ordeal and I would have rather gone anywhere else.

I noticed a couple of my hats were starting to look old and dusty. Tried my best to clean them myself but didn't know how to do it without ruining the hat so I took it down here. The employee working there was very kind and helpful and they made my hats look wonderful and new again! They even removed the sweat stains on the inside of the hat (which I did not even ask them to do)! I am very satisfied with the outcome and I highly recommend K Cleaners!

I love K Cleaners! This is the second time I have used them—both times I've been extremely impressed. They've removed small stains that other dry-cleaners said were impossible, are friendly, professional, and fairly priced. I don't live in the area but it's definitely worth the trek. They truly go above and beyond to provide a consistently exceptional service and customer-care.

I brought a vintage coat to get dry cleaned. I am very, very pleased with the results. It came back looking new! The owner was very helpful and explained the process and what he would be able to do for me. I highly recommend K Cleaners on Kortright Rd West.

Just had the absolutely worst customer service from the front desk person. So much so that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I have been a customer of this place for about a year, and until today I had always had great customer service. I don't know if there has been a change of ownership/management or it was just a bad employee, but the dismissive and rude attitude that I just got from the woman working the shop was appalling.

We've used K Cleaners over the past few years and have always been happy with their service, both in terms of the friendly staff and the cleaning itself. Recently, there was an issue with one of the items that I had in for cleaning and I was quite impressed with how they handled it - they were responsive and rectified the issue to the best of their ability. The mark of a great company, in my opinion, is not so much what they do when things go well, but how they handle a situation when things go wrong. I would definitely recommend them.

The owner and staff is very welcoming and has always advised to do the best things for maintaining our clothes. Also, prices are great compared to the other cleaners in town.

Best dry cleaners in Ontario and I've been all over I drive by 3 dry cleaners on my way there. My work attire have never been so immaculate, the grease from my work jacket was non existent when i recieved my work jacket back. Excellent location with fantastic customer service.

I took a few items in recently for dry-cleaning. They were great in getting my order done a bit early despite being short-staffed. Unfortunately, one of the items was a shirt that came back with a stained collar. Now, I bought this shirt for a specific occasion just days before taking it in and never even wore it. The staff at the store first told me that it was already stained when I brought it in, but I said I was certain that was not the case. I also recall clothes being inspected when I dropped them off and no stains were found. This turned fast into an unpleasant exchange. I was quickly dismissed and given the option to have the place that actually does the dry-cleaning call me to further explain? I have not heard from anyone since. I'd seen good online ratings for this place, so I decided to use your services. I must say I was expecting more. I am disappointed at level of service and treatment I received.

I gave my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation a week after my wedding and was told that it would be a month and a half before I would receive it (which was totally fine!). On the date of pickup, I called the store multiple times but no answer. After driving 30 minutes to the store, the dress was not there/ready for pick up. Checking in a couple weeks later, there was no sign of the dress. I was spoken to VERY rudely on the phone when I called to find out the status and was quickly dismissed. I spoke to the Manager about that employee’s behavior a couple days later and discussed that the dress was WAY overdue (with no previous call informing me that it would be delayed). Delays on the business end is not the responsibility of the customer. The Manager was kind and apologized for the service and gave me a discount. Although the end portion of the experience was OK, the customer service was not acceptable and their employees need to speak to people with kindness and respect. I have been going to this location for over five years and safe to say, they have lost a loyal customer.
