Game City

Bought a controller, was told it was tested and works fine.Got home 10 minutes later, the D pad on it doesn't work and they won't refund it, no one at the counter bothered to tell me that they don't do refunds and he lied about testing it. Terrible businessThey will however give me a store credit which does absolutely nothing for me and is ridiculous for something I bought 10 minutes ago.This is what I get for shopping locally

This was a phenomenal experience. The two employees in there are great. Helpful, positive, and reasonable. I witnessed them help 4 teenage boys and then give them a great discount promo. I really like this place and would highly recommend buying all your used games here. Thank you so much, you people are awesome!Update: This store is a must visit. From Robs Comics and vintage cool things to rare video games and hard to find pokemon stuff. A year later and its even better. I highly recommend!!

Good section of games , can be a little expensive for some games but just take trade ins to lower lol

I lovess game city I'm going to theory and comic shoe there'd three times this month and next month ...it's onlyv7 dollars for it.I'm s nerdy geek Archie comics ..were the books I read ..

My grandkids were wanting Pokémon card. They had a great selection. Bought 3 packs each.Staff were fantastic.

Recently my cellphone broke. I needed a new one asap so I dug my consoles out of my garage to sell. I called gamecity before hand and made sure it was ok that the consoles had no cords. They said yes so I spent 20 minutes lugging around 100 pounds of Xbox’s through a mall trying to find the store, and once I found a store they refused service to me because I was underage. I then had to call my father and have him come in and do business with them, this time they refused it again because they had no cords, even though I had previously discussed with them that they had no cords. Now I’m stuck with all these consoles and a sprained arm from carrying the consoles.

5/5 stars. This place is amazing! Always find exactly what I’m looking for when ever I’m in. Amazing staff. Amazing environment. Everything is off the rails amazing.
