The service is very beautiful, the place is clean and the staff are great .The lady who cut my hair was skilled and professional, but the price is high.

It was my first time getting my haircut at this salon and I couldn't be happier! Amazing haircut and professional staff! I highly recommend this place, worth every penny!

I have been looking for someone who does my hair the way I like for quite a while. Anne at Salon Confidence did my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She is obviously an extremely skilled professional. I am thrilled to have found her. I agree with another post that said this a superior salon.

Amazing service, the prices are excellent considering the level of professionalism offered by Confidence. My spouse often comes back from Confidence with completely new styles and each time I fall in love again. I am now also faithful to confidence which treats me with respect. Thank you to your sunny team which humanizes each of my visits.

Amazing stylists for any look, type of hair, coloured dye and more. When you arrive, you are made to feel like more than just a client, you are made to feel valued.Also, all the different stylists share their knowledge and expertise amongst each other, meaning that even if you get someone who is new, there is always someone around to give them a tip, trick or advice. The floor plan is modern and well thought out and has been thoughtfully adapted to accommodate for social distancing measures.All in all I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and great end results.

Inflated prices, expensive decor, and poor customer satisfaction and service. One hairdresser burnt my hair where they fell to the ground-was only offered a treatment-the damage was already done, I had to cut my hair very short. Another cut bangs which I never asked for and hated, and the same one forgot to put the olaplex in my hair, causing further damage, because she was 'overly busy'. Insulted me when I broke in tears. With yet another hairdresser, I always have my roots done blonde, like the rest of my hair, but it was brown with red highlights. When I finally complained to the manager she only refunded me half of my total bill of $175, which is absurd to begin with. Then she asked me not to come back, which was already my intention after so many disappointments, and made me feel like I was the problem. The one hairdresser which I actually LOVED and did a fantastic job actually left their business shortly after I had found her. One big nightmare.
