I found Mai while searching on the internet and from the first phone call I felt comfortable in making an appointment at the clinic. Mai's husband was very helpful every step of the way and continues to help me with any questions that I have. He is always kind and patient with my many requests. Mai is the sweetest!!!I suffered a misscarriage and upon hearing the news Mai called me after hours to express her condolonces and to assist me with any questions. She is always attentive to myself and my husband and going that extra mile to give me what I need. I am at the clinic twice a week and I have sent many family members as well as friends and they are also very happy with the service they recieve. I would highly recommend MAI ACCUPUNCTURE CLINIC!!!!!!

This is my 2nd time going there for a massage. She is amazing, knows what she is doing 100%. she took care of my back and neck pain. She asks about your pain level and goes by how much you can tolerate. I strongly recommend her

I just had my I think is fourth session with Mona and I'm more than happy with the overall experience she is very professional and I like the fact that she have a genuine interest of healing and help. I'll continue to go over there highly recommended.

I've been seeing Mai for almost 2 years, and my experience with her and her team has been nothing but wonderful. Mai and Syd are very welcoming, and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I have referred multiple friends and family to her clinic and they are all very happy with their treatments. Mai is fantastic at what she does, and I couldn't be happier. I have nothing but good things to say about both Mai and Syd and their entire team.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. Sid, who is Mai's husband, is extremely confrontational, unprofessional, and beyond rude, and there's no confidentiality either! I was referred to this place and after I had called them to complain about the service I received, he proceeded, like a young, immature child, to contact this person who had referred me and discuss my situation!!!! Extremely unprofessional and total lack of confidentiality!Mai, unfortunately didn't seem to appreciate answering any of my questions. She seemed very annoyed by them and she was continually looking at the clock! As a consumer, we should always try to inform ourselves and that's what I was trying to do during the consultation, which cost $50 and only lasted about 15-20 minutes. I can't say that Mai has any compassion at all. During the consultation I became a bit emotional and she did not think to offer me a tissue nor a moment to gather myself. Where is the caring and the compassion??!!On the phone, I was told that an acupuncture session may last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Both my sessions only lasted 30 to 35 minutes. When I questioned this at my second appointment, Sid became very annoyed and began insulting me and wouldn't allow me to express myself.One other important thing that I would like to mention is, during the consultation, Mai told me that she couldn't treat me unless I agreed to take Chinese herbs. She really wasn't willing to explain why the herbs were necessary for treatment. I agreed because I was desperate to find a solution to my health issues.At my second appointment, I went to the counter to pay for my session and then I asked when I needed to come in for my next acupuncture treatment. That is when Sid, her husband, told me he didn't know because I was all over the place" and they didn't know if I could be treated and also that she didn't like to treat people who were concerned about money!!!!!! Wow!!! I was absolutely shocked and in disbelief!!! The other thing that shocked me

I found Mai when i was almost desperate about some health issues that i had ,that the doctors could not properly diagnose. Mai was very helpful from the beginning, she explained how and why things happen with me the way they do and what's causing my symptoms. I've been going there for over a year, and now that i am pregnant she really helps boosting my immune system, general relaxation , stress relief and energy.I had recommended her already to others that are happy with her as well.Very knowledgeable , kind and friendly.

I love going to Mai Medical. I have worked with 2 other acupuncturists and TCMPs over the past 8 years and Mai is the best! Within just a few appointments, Mai started to address some significant health issues I was experiencing. Mai clearly applies her clinical knowledge, uses a methodical approach, looks to address the whole body and strives to get you to be as healthy as you can be. She is open to hearing how you feel things are going and changing her plan as needed. Syd is approachable and responsive to the needs of clients. I have never had such quick replies to appointment requests. Neither Syd or Mai have ever made me feel like they were concerned about money. On the contrary, Mai has been eager to ensure I was comfortable proceeding with multiple appointments in a week (as that was the best approach for my treatment) to ensure that it was not too much of a financial burden. I think Mai is a skilled practitioner and as a patient I constantly feel lucky to be working with her and her team!

I went to Vaughan Acupuncture and Wellness for my frozen left shoulder which I had terrible pain in the past 8 monthds. Professor Ahn is exceptional knowledgeable. His treatments really work. From accupunture, KSNS, massage therapy to chinese medicine! I already feel much, much better in just 3 visits!! The clinic is very clean, and well kept. The staffs are friendly and always provide good service. I highly recommend Professor Ahn

I started going to Mai in during the first few months of my current pregnancy. The treatment has been very helpful for a number of issues that I've experienced over the last 8 months ranging from nausea to sore muscles to water retention and low energy. I would highly recommend Mai and her clinic for acupuncture, massage therapy and cupping treatments. The sessions I've had have been invaluable to making this pregnancy much more manageable than I had hoped :)
