These guys saved my rear end today! My office PC stopped working for no apparent reason this morning, tried everything I knew to no avail. I made a call to VAM computers based on recommendation from a coworker who had personally used them. I called and spoke with Gary at 10:00am, dropped my computer off at 10:10am and they had it fixed before 6pm, what incredible service! Thank you so much for the constant contact and for putting up with my calls in between (I was completely stressed out). I will definitely recommend you and use your services in the future. Took a couple of computers to ken. I'm not the best with this kinda thing but when stuff happens it's frustrating. Contemplated buying a new computer. Ken fixed this stuff up in meer hours. Fantastic service. Highly recommend them.

Came to Vam with a computer that would not boot... Took it to the Boys at Vam to get her working!!? It worked there perfectly for no reason!! They give it back to me free of charge even tho i basically wasted their time.. anywhere else would of said they fixed it and charged me.Customer service like this is NON Existent in 2023.. Great Crew there!! 5 Stars for being the nice guy, Will Not use any other computer shop moving forwardThanks

After a very frustrating experience trying to get my daughters gaming laptop repaired at my local big box store my friend recommended I visit VAM computers and I'm so glad I did. Dave was very honest, helpful and knowledgeable, with his recommendation she went with a new gaming desktop instead of fixing her laptop as the repair would be more then the laptop was worth. He took the time to ask her about the games she played so he could ensure he was selling her the right computer set up. He prepared a quote with his recommendation and also several other options, I was pleased that he did not try to sell her a more expensive computer then she needed as seems to be the common practice in the big box stores. The computer was ready in a few days and when picking it up the staff were very pleasant and even helped her load the unit into the car. I would highly recommend VAM computers thanks again Dave

Great people and the perfect place to get used parts for cheap if you need anything for DIY projects or anything else. Got 2 CPU coolers and 6 120mm fans for 15 bucks. Couple of the fans didnt work but at that price Im not complaining. They also have a pretty neat vintage pc museum if you find that sorta thing cool.
