Made an appointment for an oil change earlier in the week. Got there and was told I don’t have an appointment. Left work early to get it done and they couldn’t accommodate.

Worse customer service ever. First time calls, the cs told me to call back between 8-5pm as nobody can help me after 7pm. Next day I called back again at 11, the cs told me to call back after 12, because they can only help from 12-8pm. So I called again and this time, the other person told me to call back after 3 because the person work from 3-8pm. Do you people only work 2 hours a day?!!!!! The woman who picks up phone calls, she has no idea how to do the job. She should be the one who will ask me question not me trying to guess what service/option they can provide to me!
