I have never been too a more obnoxiously loud coffee shop. It really takes away from the relaxing ambiance. Besides the noise the food is great and make to to try their mocha. Its to die for!

It looks like a nice cafe but one of the waiters was so rude! when he was making the latte, the side of the milk container touched the surface of the coffee on the cup!!! He also threw the cup of coffee…I won’t try that cafe anymore.

Great spot for a coffee and snack. I usually get a brownie and casino tea latte or a date square and flat white. Both are very yummy. Typically, there are sears available so we eat in.

The sausage roll is too sweet. Too much sugar added. The coffee and the environment is very good. The 2 stars posted for the sausage rolls.

Delany's Coffee House
I visited this cafe at Christmas week, after visiting my doctor in Marine drive. It was too cold and heavy raining. I had to spend sometime inside to wait for the cap I booked, I found this place very warm and fancy with beautiful Christmas decoration, lights and pastries, I felt go in.I had great time there, enjoy my coffee and cookie. Atmosphere and ambiance were very lovely as well. Recommended!

2017I work in the area and I have coffee here almost every day. The coffee is great and they have many organic varieties as well. The staff are friendly and upbeat.Nov. 30, 2022it's been 5 years since my first post and I stand by it.Please note that this Delany's location has had an interior face lift. so the original photos do not do it justice.

Pretty delicious coffee to be honest, I just noticed it seemed pretty expensive (which was also my other thought when visiting their other coffee joint close to English Bay) as I got two lattes (large and medium) with tax and 15% tip was close to 13-15 bucks. But, I guess this could be inflation due to it being a hot location.Other than that, great spot to grab a coffee when having a nice walk down the coast.They also have a bunch of yummy looking treats.Coffee house is very clean, comforting and taken care of in an awesome setting.Staff are super cool and operate a very COVID friendly approach.One of my favorite things about this joint is that they use fully recyclable take out cups.

La crème de la crème for Coffee!Great oat milk latte & Americano miso to start my morning, very close to my office (Jeanne Gossart Real Estate) and very fast! I also love coming here on the weekend, to meet clients. The perfect local coffee shop. Modern-style renovation that lightens the space. I highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches as well.
