Un gros merci à Monsieur Lemay pour sa connaissance. On a eu des peurs de moisissure pour des mois maintenant et il a pu répondre à toutes nos questions sur la moisissure, l'inspection, et même quoi faire en situation de locataire. Il sera la première personne dont nous appellerons pour tout problèmes futurs.

Awful customer service and 0 knowldge in project mangment and scheduling. My application was recieved by them 5 month ago (Jun 2021) from Renoclimate, and each month they kept pushing me back until they decided to send my application back to Renoclimate to assigne another company. The program was supposed to be first come first served, but Ecoplus (Keith)mistakly mentioned to me that they have too many applications on the waiting list which make no sense with the first come first served bases. Bad experience.
