Tried to buy two pieces of piping for a project. Talked to the works and they said no problem. Went in to purchase the pieces and was told it was impossible, I had to wait till after lunch the was brushed off as if I was wasting his time. Worst customer service I’ve I countered

I know the company have a good reputation /price, my parents dealt with them in the past but... I just lived my worse customer service ever!!!! Gave my informations 4 times for someone to contact me for an estimation nobody called. After waiting for 1 month; I Called one last time to know what's going on; they told me if I can't wait go to another company""

Service à la clientèle médiocre, nul et indigne,Je suis passé ce matin pour une soumission l'homme qui était assis à droite de la porte d'entrée m'avait traité indignement sans aucun respect au Service à la clientèle, j'avais l'impression que je l'ai dérangé, je me suis retourné et sortir.
