Not happy with the choices and option provided by one of your agent Gabrielle. My boyfriend bought a surprise ticket for me for new years to Mexico! Gabrielle helped him book a flight plus accomodation for Eldarado Seaside Suites by Kareesma for 5 days. The price of the trip was over the roof because of New Years and that is totally understandable but we were not happy with the rooms that we were provided to us! As per our idea and conversation with Gabriell we booked a room that had a walkout infinity pools from our balcony and for those rooms I would totally understand the price we would be paying for but instead she booked us a room away from the beach which nothing but a balcony that over sees the palm trees. Like seriously!!! And she was the one who suggested this hotel because she has been there. My boyfriend took the advice and booked it thinking we have an infinity walk out pool BS! As soon as we got there we emailed Gabrielle and her response I am sorry that you are not happy with the room, I have no complimentary passes you need to talk to the hotel management! Great! So why did we use you in the first place if we had to do the running around and look for a room exchange!Secondly our flight was booked in the evening at 4pm so we never got to Mexico till 3am in the morning in short one day of ours went into waste from 5 days! So in short we payed for 4 days because we slept in the whole of Fri and had to run around to fight to get different rooms which we didn’t get!And this is what we get an awesome trip planning by the agent!Wouldn’t trust them every again! Very disappointed with their service and responses.
