National Bank

Great service.

This is by far the worst experience I've had in my life, words are not enough to describe how terrible the service at this bank. It's literally the 2nd review i ever write in my entire life, but the mediocrity of this bank is beyond words. When i got to the website and saw it was 2.3 stars i realized i'm definitly not alone in thinking that it's the worst bank that you can ever go to. The schedule are laughable, the manager is the most disrespectful bank staff i've ever met, I will remove my account from this bank within the next days. The only reason i'm putting one star is simply because there is no 0 stars option. Over there, you are barely a client, you are just someone who shows up and bothers for some services for which you pay for, it's a shame, this place would have been closed a long time ago if they were not a bank, like seriously most people don't really like banks, let's be honest but these guys reinvent it to a level i would have never dreamed of. Incompetent and rude staff. Terrible

Toutes les banque nationale aux Québec font preuve de discrimination. ( vidéo à l'appuie ). Ils exigent preuve d'entrée d'argent et si vous recevez l'aide du dernier recours ou bien que vous êtes invalide alors vous n'avez pas droit à une carte de guichet. Et si par malheur vous vous opposé et leurs demander des explications ils ferme votre compte sur le champs. Faite une recherche sur internet et les réseaux sociaux vous trouverez la preuve en vidéo.

I request for a past bank statement, which i was not able to.access online. The staff was able to provide me with the documents. However they charged me 10$ for 4 pages and were not able to send it to me via.email.

...bon c'est vrai qu'il y a un peu de lenteur à certaines heures dû à un manque de personnels mais en dehors de cela, je n'irai pas voir ailleurs pour autant...j'y suis j'y reste.

Everything with this bank is a headache. Not the staffs fault. All their systems are outdated and the opening hours are garbage. 2 out of 3 times I walk in here with a request and they can't execute on it. My mortgage is almost up, will gladly go pay more elsewhere rather than deal with with these headaches.

Mon prêt hypothécaire pour mon entreprise avec la BN arrive à échéance dans quelques mois et je ne peux plus attendre de changer de banque.Ils m'ont offert des oppourtunités de financement intéressantes au démarrage de mon entreprise, mais depuis 2 ans, j'ai perdu d'inombrables heures à attendre pour parler à quelqu'un au soutien pour les services en ligne, parfois pour des questions toutes simples du genre comment je peux modifier les informations d'un bénéficiaire". I went to the location in Saint Laurent Blvd, i even took a taxi cuz i tho i was in the wrong direction but They are not anymore there. I need to meet someone who is a that location asap because i created my account there and i already closed my account you still charge me each months.

Horrible, nouveau client et toujours en attente de ma MasterCard, ça fait 1 mois super, comment je fais ? Et tout le monde se regarde dans le blanc des yeux quand tu demandes ou est ce que ça en est ! J'aurais pas dû quitter Desjardins pour eux.
