Overcharged 3 times what I was quote elsewhere, unfortunately needed a same day appointment so had no choice. Receptionist Taylor wasn't cordial. It's rich to have a respect sign posted, yet treat the patients in the opposite manner.

Dr. Arwa is the best dentist I’ve ever had! I will be requesting her for every appointment going forward. (All dentists here have been great, but she was exceptional!). I had to get a TON of cavities filled after pregnancy and she was so kind, gentle & personable. She remembers details about my family and asks how they are — and she was so gracious when childcare fell through and I had to bring them to my appointment with me (twice!). Dr. Arwa always explains exactly what she is doing and makes sure you’re okay before continuing, which is very helpful if you’re anxious about dental procedures (I have a needle phobia & she was so helpful).

The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. They make me feel like a valued client.I like that they have evening hours so I don't have to miss work. The hygienists always do their best to make sure I'm comfortable and any concerns I have are addressed. Definitely recommend Cornerstone.

They are really Great here!Very Kind and Professional.They Always make sure that you feel completely comfortable before they start any work on you!I've been coming here since I was a young child, and over the years I've seen 4 different Dentists here, and it was always a great experience for me!Currently I see Dr. Arwa, and she is very thorough and does an all around great job of everything and Always makes me feel very comfortable and taken care of!!!You can usually get an appointment pretty quickly!They accept New Patients!They offer a ton of different services.Very beautiful office as well!I would Highly Recommend coming here for Any of your Dental Care Needs ;)

WARNING PLEASE READ!! This is a must read for anyone considering getting their wisdom teeth taken out here. I got mine taken out last October and it was a terrible experience. First of all the anaesthetic didn’t work on me at all and I could feel absolutely everything. They didn’t ask me if it was working and started going right away and out my mask over my face. I had tears running down my face the whole time but no one stopped. Finally after it was over I just wanted to go home. They gave me no instructions as to how to take care of the hole or anything. I ended up getting two infections and dry socket and having to come back in and pay more money for them to fix this problem. IT GETS WORSE! About 7 months later I go in for a normal tooth cleaning and the hygienist goes “your top wisdom teeth are starting to come in”. I legit just started shaking and asked what do you mean?? Apparently they somehow forgot to take out my top wisdom teeth! After that terrible experience and eating mush for multiple months they “forgot” to take them out! And yes they charged me for all 4!!! It took me an additional 6 months to get my money back after countless phone calls and messaging back and fourth with them. They did absolutely nothing to say sorry or fix their mistake, they couldn’t even get my money back to me at a reasonable time. I’ve contemplated writing this review for a full year because I just wanted to forget about the whole experience but I really want to warn others before they make the same mistake I did with trusting them with taking out my wisdom teeth.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service and unpleasant staff. The staff are really rude and one guy working there has no manners at all. I’ve been coming here for years and I have not received a single bit of tolerance from these people. I would never recommend you come here as there are far better options out there.

My husband and I have been going to Cornerstone Dental since moving to Brantford, ON 14 years ago. We’ve always been very satisfied with the warm, yet professional manner in which we’ve been served! We highly recommend this dental practice and want to give a special shout-out to our dental hygienist, Katherine!

My entire family goes to this office and we’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. The staff is super friendly and accommodating with bookings. They’re also very kid friendly my 3 and 1 year old children love going to their checkups and cleanings.

First apt.todaywith Dr. Gangar to have a tooth extracted. He was so kind,listened to my concerns and respected my anxiety issues. The procedure was painless from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Gangar to anyone requiring an extraction. All staff at Cornerstone are very professional and kind. Dr. Arwa is my regular dentist. Again I am extremely comfortable with her.
