Their customer service amazed me! In my visit I interacted with closing team working on jan16 and they were super nice and deserve a shoutout !For the food, I ordered their hot chocolate festival special, Floral and spice coming with a side of donut. Hot chocolate was tasty and it was my first time trying orange blossoms donut which for me was even better than the drink!The seats can be really uncomfortable and the environment stuffy, so it is not really good for studying but it is definitely good choice for hanging outs!P.S. I love their cups and plates. They are so cute.

We came to 49th Parallel Coffee on Lonsdale Ave. in North Vancouver to try some hot chocolate during the Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival. I got the Hip Hip Hooray hot chocolate for our daughter, which was: A Birthday cake-inspired hot chocolate made with white chocolate and sprinkles.Served with a Funfetti doughnut

I got a donut and a latte. The donut was nice, but the coffee in the latte was a bit burnt. There’s a lot of flavors for sweets, but for me, if they don’t make coffee right, it’s kind of pointless, you don’t want to eat something really sweet and then get the burnt of the coffee. It’s normal here in Canada though, and locals seem to enjoy it.

Friendly staff, bright space & strong coffee. The donut are fresh and tasty - reco trying the sweet pea glazed one. My americano was tooo hot to sip and very strong (dark roast) flavour (not my fav), but would give it another shot.

Great location, kind staff, good coffee. Gluten Free Doughnuts are not kept separate from Gluten containing items. Gluten Free doughnut I had was the vanilla sprinkle, looked fantastic, but taste wasn’t that great, was also very soggy/wet. If it was a regular doughnut you’d consider that it was undercooked.

Big doughnuts!! Their old fashioned and cruller were very good! 5 stars! Came with right texture and tasty icing. Did not like the yeast ones though. They were very big and glazed nicely but doughnut itself lacked flavour. 3 stars… Also tried vegan/gf one…not bad for what it was.Their coffee was excellent!!

Amazing Donuts! I became addicted to luckys donuts when I lived in Kits. Just found this North Van location and it’s awesome. I love the fact they have vegan gluten free options so my partner and I can both enjoy. I will be back!

The pastries were delicious, there is GF options but all sold out by 11am, which means they need to make more. The servera were very friendly and helpful

49th Parallel always serves the most delicious coffees and doughnuts. The 1 year anniversary specials are so fun! This birthday cake lover approves of these fluffy doughnuts and the mocha was not too sweet! Would love to see birthday cake come back!
