Always have good experiences here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My charger port wasn't working properly and I thought it needed to be replaced. That would be $120. They had it apart and deemed just needed a cleaning. So i only paid $30. Very honest and will continue to go there for service.

Very friendly and professional staff. I have bought 2 phones and 1 tablet including cases for both phones. The staff took the time to set up both phones for me, transferred all the contacts, check to ensure everything worked properly on both phones. They did all this extra work for me, which in my opinion they didn't have to. It was a great experience, not being a technical person all the extras they did for me made my day, I walked out of the store ready to go, My wife's phone and mine are still working great. I would recommend this location to all my friends. I can't imagine anyone not having a great experience and leaving the store very happy with the service, pricing and the friendly employees.

Very knowledgeable sales staff. Went in looking for a case for my new phone and the worker informed me that this phone is only only overseas and therefore he did not have any cases to fit it. I was very grateful for this information and will be back for future phone cases!

Great selection of cases and screen protectors, and there are some quality used phones for sale there too at reasonable prices. Justin installed my screen protector and provided me great service and helped me pick out the right case for my S21 Ultra. Awesome spot!!

Brought my phone in for a camera replacement (I purchased the new OEM Samsung Camera) and a back glass replacement. Got the phone back and was told it was all done. They charged me accordingly. Not only did they not even change the camera, video now causes the camera to crash instantly which it didn't before and if I bump my phone slightly, the screen shuts off until I bump it again. Looking at the camera I can clearly see the same scratch on the lens that was the original issue. I don't know what they did with the camera I gave them originally. I have no clue what they did to my phone, but I wouldn't trust them to touch it ever again. Note 20 Ultra.Also, their solution was to buy another replacement camera, but to buy it through them with an obnoxious markup.EDIT: took the phone to another reputable shop a couple months after this because the screen itself started turning off and on and it wouldn't charge wired or wirelessly any more. Turns out they 100% DIDN'T change the camera, we also discovered the reason video was crashing was because they didn't plug the camera in properly. On top of this, the screen wasn't plugged in fully and the battery wasn't properly secured in place with glue so it was bumping around eventually causing the no charge issue. The shop cleaned the camera and screen connections, hooked everything back up, glued the battery in place and now the phone works perfectly. Aside from the old camera with a scratched lens being in it, which was the whole reason it went to Case Depot.

I called ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed. As I am a senior that uses Ability Transit in Moncton NB you must book your time there and back for drop off and pickup. They had everything I needed ready and set me all up within 15 minutes. They explained my warranties so I was good to go. I was able to nip in two doors away and get an ice cream cone and sit out side to eat it and people watch. Very efficient and professional at CaseDepot the staff know their products.

Friendly and helpful staff, great prices, and fantastic selection of product.Edit: Bought phone early December. Had problems with touchscreen in January. Technician replaced touchscreen within 1 hour completely free of charge. Amazing customer service!
