I had a great experience with Fahad Al Ahsan. He took his time discussing the phone options I was looking at and all the pros and cons. I was with a different carrier and he made the transition easy. He even walked to the old carrier to assist in the setup of my old number. Above and beyond and much appreciated.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience at Bell today! I had Nathan helping me out and he made the process of buying a new phone extremely quick and easy. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Very pleased with the service!

I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with Jordan today. To say he was outstanding is an understatement. He was knowledgeable, kind, great sense of humor but most importantly patient. I have been a loyal bell customer for over 25 years and he by far was the BEST! He deserves to be acknowledged for his excellent customer service skills.

Hi, just want to let you know. My wife and I visited your store on Friday of last week. We had been wanting to do an upgrade to our iPhones (6&8) . We had a lady by the name of Morgan serve us. As the both of us are in our 70s and not technically savvy.Morgan was very very understanding and knowledgeable. She was very patient and respectful. We think Morgan is a very valuable employee to when us seniors need help. Thank you so much Morgan for are a 10 out of 10.

I came in for information earlier this week, and spoke with Will. He was great and informative. Him and Morgan were both very friendly with all the customers and served everyone quickly despite how busy they were at the time. I will be returning and switching over, and highly recommend this location for knowledgeable and great staff!

Recently visited the store and was extremely impressed with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming and ready to assist me. Kabir was there at the store front and assisted me throughout the transaction. He was knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. He answered all of my questions and provided me with clear and detailed explanations. I got a 14 pro max for my wife and left the store feeling satisfied and impressed. Overall, the customer service at this Bell Alliant store was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to others.
