Frozen Pond is one of best sports memorabilia providers around town and have a wide variety and selection and product. It is especially great if you need unsigned photos and pucks. Always courteous service by Jeff/Hersh and have great prices for public signings. They have always allowed pictures with the signee & so I have great respect for the un-rushed experience. Thank you!

We have always found Frozen Pond to be helpful and friendly. They know their products well and offer good deals, such as the one for Boxing Day. It's certainly worth a visit if you collect sports memorabilia or want a good gift. Lots of pucks and unsigned photos to look through. Keep going guys!

Frozen Pond offers great sports memorabilia, and excellent in-store events. I wish they would host more, as we always enjoy going. Hersh is a courteous and generous owner, and always greets his customers as the value that they are.

I want to say i live in the US in Illinois and i had bought the Corey Perry Ducks 6 figure from Amazon and it was to be delivered today 1/28/21 only to find out Amazon damaged the package so no figure. But i have always have had great luck with Frozen Pond over the years so i call on 1/28/21 and talked to Matteo and explained my issue and they had one figure left. I asked him how much would it cost to get it delivered the next day and he figured the cost and it was a good price so i said yes lets do this. Well at 11:45am today 1/29/21 as promised the figure was delivered once again Frozen Pond saved the day and i wanted to thank Matteo for making this happen I wish there were more people like him in this world for it would be a much better place. So the bottom line is if you want something from pucks to figures or anything else look no farther then Frozen Pond because they are there for you and they have the "BEST" staff around and that is more then i can say about what it is like living in the US. Friendly staff with plenty of cool stuff. There have been times where I couldn't make the autograph session so I had to leave the item there. You can trust them with items as they handle them with care.

Purchase autograph for Joseph quinn. There was a miscommunication with my order. I called and it was fixed very quick. They honored everything haven’t got the autograph since the event in the future but I got it with the personal short message I order but I’m so excited they were able to help me and fix everything. Very poor follow up on customer service in my opinion. No firm ETA on deliveries. Ordered jerseys that were from a signing. Was informed 3 weeks ago it is getting stitched...yet they are selling the same jersey - which was not on their site before the signing. I was told today - 3 weeks later - it is getting stitched....

Ordered an autographed puck from Frozen Pond. Seller put wrong address down (paid through paypal, so not sure how that happens), Canada Post lost parcel due to wrong address. I opened a ticket to find where item is. Called Frozen Pond several times about issue. Felt like i was treated like a criminal during the whole process. Must have thought i was trying to scam them or something. If i was i think i would have tried for something more expensive than a $25 puck. First and last time i purchase anything from Frozen Pond. Plenty of competition and better customer service out there.
