If you look at previous reviews you will see Samuel mentioned a lot. Well, he did pretty much everything and he's gone now. I also saw financial documents, checks, etc. just left on desks, people walk away from their computer without password protecting it... the owner was also very rude, defensive, and unpleasant. She bragged about the 5 star rating on here and I'm sure would have no issue berating someones opinion and what they saw with their own eyes, but I don't care...people should be warned about this hot mess of an agency. Honestly,the owner should just sell the company, her heart is clearly not in it...
