Called these guys in panic re my gas dryer. The office person scheduling was understanding & proactive. I got same day appointment (!! last slot before weekend) 2x guys came- first one diagnosed / confirmed quote. The other finish up the replacement part install. overall an extremely efficient fix plus GREAT value (we were prepared for a bigger bill...)

Rony was great. He was able to come assess our 20-plus year old dryer and within a couple of days had the part to fix it. He was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Rony will be my go-to for any future appliance repair needs.

Great service all around. Booking with Rony, the owner, was really easy. Lee, the tech, arrived on time and was professional and really helpful. We will be using them again.Subsequent to the above review, we have had Honest Guys Appliance Repair out two more times. I now have a better frame of reference to say that this is an excellent company. Same friendly and professional service every time. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Honest Guys Appliance Repair
The repair person was on time, accommodating, and even fixed a part that was starting to go in the dryer in order to save us money down the road in having to call them back to fix it. Highly recommend and saved me a lot not having to buy a new dryer! Also, I didn't go long without my dryer thanks to them being on top of it! I emailed them Sunday and they arrived Monday!

Honest Guys Appliance Repair
My dryer was making a deafening metal-on-metal type noise. Called Honest Guys. Technician Lee arrived on time, was very professional. Installed a maintenance kit and found some debris that had wedged in the guts of the machine. Our dryer is back to being nice and quiet like the day it was new, several loads after the maintenance was performed. Will be my first call next time I have an appliance problem.
