TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The staff at this branch are super polite and professional. So a two-star review...? Let me explain:From April onwards I keep getting these very lengthy voice mails (the kid was reading from a script on his computer screen) that one of my GICs (?) had matured and it was time to roll over this amount into a mutual fund. (I think I have this story correct - but the premise is that it is an RRSP to help reduce my taxable income.) Any way, I'm asked to come to the bank to discuss this rollover. Cool.Finally, I show up at the bank on Monday June 6th...without an appointment like a typical semi-retired old geezer. Mea culpa. Staff are friendly and very hospitable. There is a flurry of bank employees entering and exiting the branch. At this point there are more people working there than the three sole patrons in line.Sorry we can't help you because we don't have a licensed mutual fund representative at this time". What a great branch to visit, the staff here really make you feel welcomed and take your time to understand what you need financially. I had the pleasure of meeting Mahd who took his time to understand what I needed. He paid my line of credit, issued me a new debit card and helped pay a few other bills! While doing all that he still asked me how I was doing and connected with me personally. If your in Milton I recommend coming to this branch!

I recently visited this branch and I was very impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help me. The branch itself was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the bank's ability to handle my financial needs. The layout of the branch was also very intuitive, making it easy for me to find the services I needed. I had the pleasure of working with Mahd who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different options available to me and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Overall, my experience at this bank branch was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the branch was clean and organized, and the teller I worked with was top-notch. I highly recommend this bank branch to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy bank.

My complaint is going into a TD branch on Fri or Sat the busiest days and there's only 2 staff working. Makes no sense but this seems to be quite common when I go to ANY TD branch.

Great branch team which is always ready to attend you and try their best to serve you. I have been going in this branch for years now and find them very professional, helpful and caring. Heather and her team is exceptional and very considerate every time I have visited. The personal service level experience at branches is going down as most of the banks are asking customers to deal with the machines directly, but not here. This TD branch also opens on Saturday which is a great facility and you can finish your outstanding banking items at the weekend as well. My apologies as I cannot remember the individual names of all but every one at this branch deserves five stars as I have almost dealt with all of the team members. Wish this great team all the best and a very happy new year.

4 months in a row screwing up what should be a SIMPLE auto transfer from checking account to line of credit. the staff at this branch are incompetent, unprofessional and incapable of fulfilling basic banking requests. truly the management should be embarrassed with what goes on at this location

Worst branch in Milton. Typically people just lingering behind the counter chatting instead of assisting waiting clients. I’ve had multiple errors on even simple transactions. Hit another location in Milton if you are using TD as this place will waste your time

We had the best experience today as I took my teenage daughter to open a student account, was greeted with a big smile, then Mesha Bilal took her time to open the account for us. Then the customer service rep was also very helpful and a senior manager congratulated my daughter!!We went to Scotia Bank across the road first as I have an account there too, there was no one to greet us, they asked us to come back in one hour!! My daughter was going to open her first ever bank account and guess which bank she is most probably going to stay for a long time!!

Very bad service. Wanted to open a check in account. The lady at the front told me to wait and I waited for 30 mins. When it got busier, after 30 mins they called me and said we’re busy and you have to book and appointment. Never coming to this location again! Very disappointed.
