The great Advisor Saif was more than professional.Honestly I've never been treated like that in the most banks here. Mr.Saif was very gentle and helpful. im highly satisfied and so grateful Mr.Saif.I recommend TD Canada Trust.I'm Highly recommending Advisor Saif Al Saffar.

New to Edmonton and opening up an account at this branch was very easy and pleasant. Really friendly staff, especially Diana who was very helpful and explained things clearly.

Gurleen was so helpful today when I came in and wanted to know if TD had a form I could use to get government cheques deposited directly into chequing account. She offered to do it for me immediately and was so efficient and pleasant! So far I have only had positive experiences with everyone at this branch.

Never wrote a review in my life and decided to read some of these reviews on customer services and thought it couldn't be that bad. I just called in to book an appointment with a financial advisor in order to get some info about day trading (TFSA, Cash account, RRSP. etc) and what the rules were come the end of the year with CRA. Asked about capital gains vs business gains, superficial loss and such. Instead of the lady booking me in for in person conversation, she starts answering these questions with the utmost arrogance and disrespect. Asking me and I quote Do you even know what you are doing? Do you have any experience or knowledge on this? I replied I did with stocks and investment but not day trading as this was the reason for my call. She proceeds to show very little patience with my questions and sighting none stop on the phone. Her answer to all my questions were "I have never heard of this before and it makes no sense to me. I had a great experience today at this branch. Jennifer helped me at the front as I was depositing a cheque. She flagged for me a promo on my line of credit that dropped my interest rate significantly. Then she also pointed me to a way I could say a bunch of money on my monthly banking costs. Mohit helped me very quickly sign the paperwork to drop my interest rate and was also very friendly. Great staff and management here.

After many years of service I closed my buisness account today. Being charged the monthly fee sitting there to close it was terrible. I’ve canceled multiple accounts and insurance through TD and today reinforced why. No thanks for the years of service just pay us money or you can’t close it. Shame on you TD!

If you're a fan of great customer service, this is the place I can't remember the name of the representative. I believe it was Arjita she went above and beyond to help me with my banking needs. I'll definitely be returning to that location

Worst bank ever. I spent 48 minutes on hold. Finally got through I said on hold for 48 minutes then he hung up on me.Move banks if you using these horrible people.

Yue helped me out today, she’s probably the only associate here who speaks Chinese.Unbelievably smooth experience and I do compliment her professional skills.

Actually they are not worth any star!!! We used their service for a long time, but their attitude is so rude when we requested them to put on the mask. A big black girl said putting on a mask is the customer's responsibility to themselves!!! She's no manner and respect to anyone. They are the worst service in Edmonton!!!!
