En général le service est bon,Comptoir photo très courtois, cosmétique aussi. Je me suis fais maquiller une fois j’ai adorer l’expérience. Là où ça se gâte c’est le comptoir médicament.. je vois souvent une énorme file! L’attente est interminable, ils ne respectent pas les priorités d’arrivées. Pour ma part j’appelle toujours d’avance pour faire préparer ma prescription pour éviter cet attente. A deux reprise le médicament préparer n’était pas le bon j’ai donc dû patienter pour que quelqu’un vienne rembourser la mauvaise prescription et j’ai dû allé patienter pour faire l’attente à l’autre comptoirs pour recommander le bon médicament et refaire l’attente avec les gens pour recevoir cette prescription en tout 40 minutes d’attente pour une prescription que j’avais fait préparer d’avance …Le comptoir poste Canada aussi laisse à désirer … dame peu sympathique et ne semble pas aider le jeune en formation ! Temps d’attente important là aussi

Nobody is smiling at you in this pharmacy and it's a cold atmosphere in this place. You just want to take what you want and leave this pharmacy rapidly. Very sad and I'm sorry to say that but it's true. Maybe they don't notice that we are living with covid 19 and people need to be welcome with a smile .

The Post office at this Jean Coutu is the worst post office I have ever had to dealt with. The staff they hire are rude and no customer service skills at all. The 1st incident I had was when I was picking up a parcel and the lady just threw my box on the table. It was a fragile parcel and when I confronted her about it, she didn't care at all. My second bad experience was today Feb 7th. The lady working behind the counter was awful. I wanted to ship my package to the USA and I had the worst client experience with her. I ended up grabbing my parcel and left and went to Purolator. I will never deal with Canada Post ever again.

The personnel at the post office are very careless with personal and private information. They faxed something that had my wife's social insurance number and date of birth on it. Then, they left it laying on the counter where everyone could see it when they came to the counter. They could have at least laid it face down, but didn't even bother to do that. The woman who left it there, even left the room while it lay there. When I said something about it, she just made excuses.

Good store it usually has what I need but sometimes it takes awhile to find a person to help but when they do they are courteous
