Dropped me as a client because THEY couldn't provide services out to Amherstview. Almost 1 year with them. Have had to retrain many of their staff as they kept on sending new people during a pandemic. As soon as I called to ask why their staff stopped coming at the time required on the contract we were dropped. The owner herself told me they are not equipped to come out 20 minutes away. Find another company. They will also tell their staff to lie to you, this I know for a fact. I read the messages from the owner herself to a staff member telling her lie to me. Not an honest company.

We required round the clock care for an elderly parent provided by qualified PSW’s on very short notice and Repute was able to put the necessary arrangements in place, coordinating with the retirement residence. The staff were friendly and responsive to our requests for certain services tailored specifically to our parent’s particular needs. Repute saved us from having to search for qualified individuals ourselves, which would have been especially challenging during the pandemic. We felt the services were fair value and the logistics of putting the care arrangements in place simple and straightforward.
