My main location for all my renovation needs. Always has what I need. Big selection and friendly staff there to help me find everything and listen to my gambling stories. Starbucks is nearby which is perfect for quick jolt before my gambling sessions. Huge parking lot and easy to get to.

I'm usually pretty happy with this store. This time, I found a couple items were only available online which is frustrating when trying to work on DIY projects during the weekend. Seems this is a route they're taking with a number of products now, good to know for next time. It makes sense for big things but a few types of door trim don't take up near as much space as doors and flooring.They had a forklift going up and down the same aisle, closed off, beeping like crazy, doing nothing. Rather than drive back and forth repeatedly maybe it's best to get out and look around?They only had one brand of smoke alarm which seemed a bit odd.A couple of staff either said 'Hi', or asked if I needed help. I happened to use the bathroom which was nice and clean. Line ups at the tills were short. I made the mistake of trying to enter moulding at the self serve (because it requires measurements by staff) and a fellow working there came over right away to help. He even scanned the rest of my items for me.

Home Depot has a great return policy and they deliver free with a reasonable purchase. The store itself has just about everything you would look for in a hardware store. I have ordered several plants and all were delivered healthy. Two were not what I wanted and the return was easy. Some of the plants at first glance seemed more expensive the other places but the quality you get is worth the price

I went to the Home Depot on united blvd this morning and the customer service I received was amazing! I just want to thank Natalie for giving me such a great service. She is knowledgeable, quick to help and overall an amazing person, you could tell that she loves her job. Thank you again Natalie!

I recently purchased a RYOBI tool from Home Depot about a year ago and spent over $800 on it. To say that I am disappointed with both the tool and RYOBI's warranty process would be an understatement. It stopped working altogether and when I visited Home Depot they refused to take any ownership on a product which says 5 years warranty. What infuriates me is Ryobi’s warranty process. We live in PST and the call centre operates in EST. The nearest service center is more than hour away and most of issues are not covered. Home Depot is there only to make money and has no customer loyalty

Home Depot has outstanding customer service and a wide range of high-quality home improvement products. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me find what I need. I especially like that the store has a wide variety of products, from large appliances and home improvement supplies, to lawn and garden products. I also appreciate that Home Depot has competitive prices and often offer great deals. Overall, I have had a great experience with shopping at Home Depot Canada and would highly recommend it.

I made a recent trip to home depot for some flower baskets. I ventured into the outdoor area and got some assistance from an associate named John Low. I had some questions about a product in the outdoor garden area. He was very professional, friendly, and helped me with my concerns. He was able to get a manager right away to help me with my purchase. John Low was exceptional and I thanked him for going above and beyond! John gets 5 stars from me!The manager and John's assistant were both very easy to deal with as well and made my shopping experience a pleasure!Judy Boon (Coquitlam).

Consistently great service, most associates ask if I need assistance before I say anything myself. Decent prices and great selection!! I typically find myself purchasing mdf board for shelving and they always help with custom cutting

Always pleasant coming to this store location as the employees always have a great attitude. I feel more welcomed at a home depot than any Walmart. I am always greeted when I approach the checkouts and when I am about to walk out, I always receive bye

Had to repair my fence. Was easy to measure and find what I needed at HD and then have staff to cut wood to the right length for me. Staff have always been helpful each time I visit.
