You know, you've often heard 'I would sell my soul for an amazing coffee'. Now you can live it. I'm now torn between best and easiest coffee I had in ages and financing a humongous company, polluting the earth (yeah, I know, I can do a 45 minutes ride to recycle them)

This review is not specifically towards this boutique, but is for the general customer service over the phone and the online platform. We placed an order online and notified right away that the delivery address we entered was incorrect. However when navigating on the online plateform trying to update our address, no options were available to edit or cancel our order. We proceed to calling the service center and the representant told us that there was nothing she can do as she wasn't able to view our placed order, she suggested that we wait for the order to be expedited, which we did.Later we received a notification that our order was indeed expedited, we tried again to see if there was a way to change the delivery address, but that option wasn't available.We called Nespresso again, but still they told us there was nothing they can do as our order was already expedited.There is no way to cancel or edit your order once it's placed. For a high end coffee boutique I believe this option should be available and customer shouldn't go through such hassle to change their delivery address.

Really poor customer service, after waiting in line for half an hour the lady who served me at her counter did not make any eye contact, rude responses and was very openly showing signs of impatience almost immediately after arriving at her counter. Was made to feel very unwelcome and was planning on buying for near 100$ worth of capsules but took only 20 because I just wanted to leave from how absolutely horrible this experience was. This was my first time ever going to a Nespresso boutique and quite frankly will not be returning. But don't take my word for it, upon looking at multiple reviews this seems to be a common occurrence.Inexcusable. What a shame.

Went in yesterday for details on their machines and the gentleman that helped me was amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional and even made me a latte to demonstrate how the machine worked.WOW now thats customer service.

I thought the salesperson was doing me a favor by explaining to me about nespresso products.First we faced a queue that does not have priority for the elderly and those with small children. As it was fast, it was acceptable.Then we were served by an attendant who seemed to be running a marathon. We wanted to get to know the machines and cafes better. But it was not a pleasant experience. When buying products considered 5 stars/premium, we think that the service would be the same.They speak quickly and superficially. Terrible. It felt like I was buying fruit and vegetables in a crowded market.And if you want to taste a coffee, maybe at the end if you buy a lot and beg for a coffee.In Brasilia, Brazil, the service is courteous, elegant, they explain everything.It really is a bad experience to buy at least the Nespresso in this mall.

Very disappointed with the way the staff treated us. We went to the Nespresso store at this location and we recently bought the machine, so we wanted to know about the new flavours and what not. The lady helping us acted like we were wasting her time and did not properly speak to us. Regardless, we bought our Nespresso pods. Then we we wanted to try one of the flavours from their new winter collection and the lady told us she would make the coffee for us to try. There was no direction or anyone helping us or explaining to us how we could try this flavour. The lady left and started assisting other customers even though the store was very empty and so I added sugar to my coffee because it was already late, as I started to pour the milk a gentleman working there walked up to us with the worst attitude and told us this is not self serve, aggressively turned the machine off and put the coffee on the side and told us to take it. We tried to explain that the lady was helping us but he didn’t even want to listen. The way he spoke to us was very disrespectful and we left very upset. This was very bad customer service and we will not be buying anything from this location.

Julie has my vote for best customer service ever! I had 2 dealings with her in the same week. Once was during a major computer problem at the boutique, and the second was relating to one of the special offers sent out to customers. She was direct and up-front with me, but in a very positive manner, and was able to turn what started as a negative situation into a positive experience. Julie is an excellent ambassador for the Nespresso brand.

Always check your order as they somehow never bring you what you ask, its like they just don't listen to you and give you whatever, I hate to be the person to remind you that you sell coffee pods, dont act like you are somehow better than me when i am the one paying you to get me coffee.

The store reminds me of the South Park episode where San Francisco residents like to smell their own farts. This is how the staff comes off. As if you are interrupting them when you come to spend money in their store. Waiting in line to buy coffee pods is absurd. So many easy ways to make this more efficient, like a line for ppl who need help and products on shelves (like every other store in the world) for those who know what they want. This store and staff is too full of itself, and treats the customer as if they are doing us a favour in granting us a smidgen of their time.Nespresso is lucky their coffee is so good, but I will order online even though they impose an absurd delivery fee.

Best customer service ever by Julie. We arrived there dissatisfied with a Vertuo Next machine and were looking to buy a different model. She provided explanations and we came out of there with the same model that we love and it works perfectly. We just had a defective unit previously.
