I have tried to contact this company for weeks, but nobody answered the phone nor called back.Hard to have any trust on its services.I’ve just given up and now am trying to find another one.

I booked these people for a spring cleanup. The first appointment was scheduled but a day or so before the company called to reschedule. The second date arrived and nobody arrived, I assumed this was due to the weather but a call would have been nice to reschedule. I contacted to reschedule again for a morning appointment and the company didn't show, so I emailed and was told that they would arrive in the evening instead. A few hours before they were due to arrive, I was called and asked to reschedule again for equipment issues. Obviously equipment fails but this wouldn't have been a problem if the original appointments had been met. I can't speak to the work that they do but purely on the basis of being unreliable I can't recommend this company.

Booked Lawn King for a spring clean up package at the beginning of April. At first, they had great communication regarding appointment times and weather. Come the day of the appointment, I was informed they had bumped my appointment window to the afternoon via voicemail. The crew was 2 hours late and beyond my appointment window due to weather which was not communicated to me. Although the service was quick someone broke the latch on my side gate so the gate was open and my dog was able to get out. We also found a gutter extension that had been ripped off. Very little care was taken with the service and I will not be rebooking for any kind of lawn services again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Lawn-King!Fantastic and professional service with a reasonable price.I have used their snow removal service a couple of times so far. They are always reliable and do the cleanest job.I will continue to use their services and recommend the company for all of your snow/landscape needs!

The worse business I ever deal with.Steal money with no service...No customer service...No answering emails or calls...I don't advise any one to contact them or let them do any service...This year my lawn get worse after they did their bad service. I recently used Lawn-King for their deluxe package for spring clean up.The team that came out was fantastic. They were fast, they did a good job and they did a great job on the clean up. The one person I talked to was very professional and friendly.The reason for my rating comes down to their office staff.My wife had a poor experience with one of the office staff who called her and gave her quite a lot of attitude because she wasn't home when they arrived around 10:30am even though we were told that they would arrive to our house sometime in the afternoon. I did discuss this with a manager Kateryna who was extremely friendly and very apologetic about the issue. But shortly after I was contacted by the office and was told we never paid.My wife paid the bill by e-transfer as asked and to the email that they attached to the invoice.My wife called them and was again told that we did not pay. She told them we did and to which email the money was sent. They said they would check and get back to her. 20min later she receives a text saying that no we didn't pay and for us to review our e-transfer history and to resend.She then sent them a photo of the confirmation and a photo of the email she sent the money too.She also asked them to check their email again.An hour and a half later she was told that they found the e-transfer.This was very inconvenient to try to prove that we did pay. I believe the office should do a better job confirming that the payment was received before making accusations of no payment.I really liked the service we received from the lawn care team and when I originally booked the clean up but their office staff have left bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I will be using their services.I wish I could say other wise and the lawn team did a fantastic job.

Great company! I reached out to them for a spring clean up. They arrived promptly, very friendly, completed the clean up, ensured everything was put back & driveway cleaned. Would definitely recommend them & will use them in the future!

Best place for snow removal and lawn care. 5 star highly recommend to family and friends. BEST PLACE FOR SPRING CLEAN UP!

I do not recommend. I ordered Premium Package. Overall, it is bad work. The overseeding has almost no results. The supervisor is very rude. A few hours right after service, a thunder storm arrived. The supervisor and reception girl both promised to come back and reapply the weed control and nitrogen solution. However, they has never come back! Will upload photos to show how bad the job was done.

We had Andrew and his team for lawn care and called him for snow removal and being very happy with the service we received. We find them very friendly and efficient. Their job is done in timely manner and professional, not to mention a heavy snowfall before Xmas ( Dec 22nd) when all our neighbors struggled with snow of 30cm and we had clean driveways and sidewalks.
