Ordered 6pm. Est delivery 45 mins. Called at 7:05pm to inquire. Was told driver left 25 mins ago. Takes 15 to get to my place. Driver arrived 7:10pm. 25 minutes beyond est delivery. When pay a delivery charge and tip you'd think they would get the food here on time. In future. Stick with food delivery app. At least their drivers arrive quickly.

The pizza at Santa Lucia has gotten sloppy. The dough is bland and they put way too much sauce and cheese on their pizzas now, which drowns out the taste of the toppings that don't seem very fresh anyway. I usually love pizza the next day but the unhealthy dough is so basic it becomes cardboard, so whatever is not eaten the night of, was inedible for me later. Worst of all, a large 2-3 topping pizza costs over $40 before delivery and tip, total joke.

In the past, I've always loved this joint and recommended it frequently to others. I'd always liked the style of their pizza and thought it was great bang for the buck.Which is why I was floored when I went last night and tried their 4-cheese dip to go, and received what could only be described as a comically small portion of food. For what ended up costing like $17, it wouldn't have even filled a tuna can! Even as an appetizer, it felt like the equivalent of ordering wings, and receiving 2 or 3. The dip was okay, but it was literally gone in 4 bites. If you're craving appetizers, you would do better by going literally anywhere else.

I ordered take out thru Skip after about 45 mins I checked the tracker and was advised that this company does its own delivery. Called Santa Lucia about the status of the order. I was told it takes over an hour. The person was also a bit short with me. Fried chicken tasted terrible, like left over refried. Pizza tasted like cardboard and there was no sauce. Disappointing service and food.

I generally enjoy the pizza here, however this time it was off.The crust was really soggy by the time it was delivered and had to bake it to firm it up again. Couldn't even enjoy leftovers the next day.We all have off-days - will order from here again.

overrall really great. just the table in front of us was pretty disruptive with their two kids. we would have politely said something but every time we wanted to it would suddenly stop. the kids were quite annoying lol, literally thumping and drumming the booth super loud and peeking over to our table, not the restaurants fault at all but it kind of ruined some of our time there. there’s a time and place for everything but you should teach your kids to be respectful when you’re in a restaurant. I never acted like that when i was young. anyway not trying to be mean just writing about my experience when sitting in this restaurant for the first time.

We have been ordering food from here for ages and have watched its decline. About half the time the order is right and good quality, the other half we have received usually a wrong item or the food was made poorly and the quality questionable. Prices have understandably increased but the quality is not matching the cost. It's unfortunate that once a reputable institution is being run into the ground.

I phoned in the order and picked up the small pizza. This Pizza restaurant chain is consistent in quality and customer service. They strive to make sure the customer is satisfied every time. I don’t order pizza often so when I do it is from my local Santa Lucia in St.Mary’s road close to where I live. I recommend Santa Lucia!

We will not be ordering from this restaurant again. We placed an order for delivery at 6pm and after calling twice still hadn’t received our order 2 hours later. Ended up driving to pick it up ourselves. Pizza tasted like day old pizza that had been sitting under a warmer for 10 hours. Charged full price and barely received an apology. Poor quality. Poor service. Awful experience.
