I have been to PMX numerous times over the past year and a half. On most occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mahtab. Like all of the staff there, I have found Mahtab to be personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Sometimes I do take a while to choose what to buy but she is very patient and I never feel rushed. On a side note, the store is beautiful and always very clean and organized. Thank you.

Extremely Professional services for selling gold and other precious metals and jewelry. They have special machines that can show the purity and breakdown of jewellery. Highly recommended.

It was my second time there and it was great again. The environment was so engaging. Without a doubt they have the best customer service. The staff are so nice and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone, beginner or professional.

I just want to put this out there I’m 27 years old and just this past year (2022) I started learning to be financially educated and be smarter with my money. I googled gold and silver dealers near me and there really wasn’t much but I found the Canadian PMX which is about 1h30 from me. The few times I been there the people were great and are happy to help. Today I went in (Jan 2023) it was a normal day as I usual, I buy what I want and look around then usually go but today I decided to ask a question as I was about to leave and ended up being roughly 20 min conversation which was great, ended up learning a lot which made my day so THANK YOU to whoever you were. Staff is educated and very friendly, I will continue to keep going here in the future.

As a beginner coin collector it was great I learned so many new things and they walked me through what I should get. I had the pleasure of talking with Maria and Alfredo(the manager) and they were so nice and helping. I would definitely go again every chance I get.

People are nice when you call on the phone but website is awful trying to place order.I tried 5 times to place an order but the website would not accept the order.I called over 4 times but they could not help.They know there is a problem but they don't fix it? For a business like this you would think they would want to fix this right away. I'm sure they are losing a lot of business, but to do nothing about it tells me how much they don't regard keeping customers.

Unlike other commodity dealers, they answer the phone at all times, responds by email promptly, easy to work with, very honest, I would never buy anywhere else, easy to access, feel very safe and it's completely private. Could not ask for anything more! They make you feel as though you are there only customer!!

Absolutely Amazing experience buying Silver bullion here! Probably the lowest premiums I've ever seen, and the service is AMAZING. 10/10 recommendeded if you're looking to stack silver or gold. They've got a whole numismatics section too, if you're into coins.
