Golf Island Disc Park

Fantastic course (maybe the best I've been to). Well marked, lots of challenging shots and hills, and 27 poles/nets (mix). Highly recommended - if you like disc golf, it's worth the ferry ride over.

This is a great disc parc. You can do all 27 or in blocks of 9, which is very convenient. Quite hilly, but that was part of the fun. Well-maintained. There were even disc you could borrow when we were there, but not sure you can count on it.

Really nice layout, great course for all levels. Well kept and would definitely recommend when visiting Pender.

Great disc park course with lots of challenging holes.

Great disc golf course. The first 9 holes are shorter lines with tonals, the second 9 are short to medium baskets, and the final 9 are medium holes with some challenging lines. The ground is mostly dry grass with a lot of exposed rock, so expect to dint some softer discs. There is less underbrush, but discs still disappear between rocks. 27 holes is longer than average, so bring water and snacks. I wouldn’t recommend drinking on this course, as there are a few small cliffs and lots of rocks to trip over.

Lived on Pender for a year and I truly really miss this disc park. One of a kind. It's so calming and fun and challenging at the same time ! The locals are truly great at the sport, they have lots of knowledge to share !

Played the course with my dad. Lots of ups and downs. Great design and lots of fun! Easy to follow the course!

27 holes split into 3 sections of 9 holes, the first section is posts and the last 2 are baskets.It is free to play and very well maintained, please keep it as nice or nicer than you arrived. There are even discs you can borrow, it looks like any lost disc that is found gets donated to the park.At the entrance area there are under cover benches, water fountain, bike locks and I believe an out house as well as a detailed map of the layout.The terrain had a good amount of hills, rocks, trees and some flat areas, but it is not boring in the slightest. There are some areas you could fall so if you're clumsy when drinking maybe avoid it, but I'm not your parent so do whatever you want.I definately recommend going here if you line disc golf.
