I don't want to bash all of this shoppers location, because of a bad seed. But I left your store today literally crying from the service I received, and would like to know who I speak with about this complaint. Never have I left a store in tears, even when my social anxiety was at its max. Please tell me who I talk to about this matter.

I went into here today and had the best costumer service anyone could ask for! The lady at cosmetics was so helpful I wish I could have got her name! All of the girls in cosmetics are always so helpful and kind, they know just what to say! Whenever I go in there I leave with a smile on my face!

I love this location. Very nice staff and a very clean store. This is a larger store as well so the product selection is quite nice. Convenient parking right outside.

Worst experience ever. 10:00 am July 16th. Went to buy some allergy medication which was on sale, rang up the wrong price. Asked the pharmacist who first ignored me for the longest time at the counter, she said she was short staffed and I would need to ask someone at the front cash. Line up was about 10 people , so I insisted for help, she just continued to have a bad attitude and was very rude. Went to Walmart, price was way better, the pharmacist was way more friendly and helpful. Lesson learned. Goto walmart not shoppers. Horrible staff and attitude at shoppers. Will never be back!

Visited the perfume section of this store on 19/Jun/21. Carrie was great in helping us try different cologne and picking the best. Such excellent customer service brings customers back, very good!

My wife bought a breast pump at the store on our way home from the hospital, got home and someone had taken the hoses out of the package. My wife was unable to pump and they were closed by the time we opened the box when we got home. Went in the next morning and exchanged for the same product no issues at all. Very very happy with the service and they apologized for the inconvenience even though it wasn't their fault somebody opened it and stole some pieces. It was the same lady who sold it to us the day before and she was excellent in dealing with the issue!!
