BMO Bank of Montreal

Ridiculous, what kind of bank have only 1 teller. Need to wait 30 mins just to deposit or withdraw my money.

Tried to apply online for a mastercard, but despite filling out the application in its entirety, I received an error message. Then I called in, gave the same info, and was once again told there was a system issue. Then I called again and was informed that because I wasn't an existing BMO customer, I couldn't apply online or by phone, but needed to apply in person. How difficult would that have been to convey before I wasted all that time?So I headed to a branch for an in-person appointment. A 10 minute wait, despite having booked in, but the rep was super helpful and friendly.The bank has very few private offices, so I needed to sit in the main area to discuss my personal finances. I feel like this is a basic request? To have a meeting in private?Anyway, overall underwhelmed with the whole BMO experience.

This location is the worst ever bmo bank I've ever been. I went to their branch because I can't activate my new card on their atm machine and its indicated that I need to go to the branch. The Indian guy had no patience and even shaking his head because I've been trying to reenter my new password but its invalid. He is arrogant and unfriendly. You must hire people with good manners and knows how to deal with your customers. Fraser BMO bank are not highly recommended.

Had a fraudulent activity on my account, Manjot was very proactive in sorting it out, I was refunded the whole amount within hours.

I'm an in between type client. I have credit cards and loans through bmo. They've been fantastic for me in these areas. However, where they fail miserably is in their telephone customer service. Due to the type accounts I have with BMO, I do not qualify for a bank. Card. The telephone customer service people make this an impossible issue and refuse to provide services for a lack of bank card.. The problem is it's the bank's own policy not to issue bank cards o clients like me which all of their staff should know. I fail to understand why the telephone customer service people treat me so badly and rudely over bank policy. He flip to l of this, is in person their staff are friendly helpful and never make an issue about the bank card. So why do the telephone service people make such s fuss?

Least helpful people I have ever met in my life. Me being only 17 years old, they treated me like they were looking down on me and that I was an idiot. Failed to treat me with any kindness and little respect. My family has been with this bank for several years, but now were reconsidering it.

This location is terrible. They have had network issues multiple times this month and as someone who works during the week and is unable to get to a store I rely on Saturday services. When calling and visiting the store the young guy I spoke two on both occasions was extremely unhelpful and showed zero empathy. Would not recommend BMO and especially would not recommend this branch, they have no clue what they are doing. Not being able to access your own money is a joke

DO NOT go to this branch. I went to this branch to set up an account and they did not do it properly. It took the teller an hour to create my account and clearly she did not know what she was doing. I found out after that an option to make bill payments from my bank account was not even set-up! Now I have to go back in a branch to correct this. In addition, i was given a printed out copy of security questions which they picked the answer to? And told me I could change it later online. Then I found out after that this is out dated info. BMO does not use this method anymore as a security measure. They use two-factor authentication methods such as One time passcodes since ages ago. BMO online support agent told me this.What a joke!
