Bosa built the building we bought a condo in and within 2years announced another building they were going to construct across the street blocking the views of many residents and impacting the value of their property. Bosa cares about making money, nothing else!

Do not work for this company they make you suffer as an employee while management gets all the money and lives a stress free life

Both Tim and Milo responded promptly to services requests and should be complimented for their efforts. They were helpful. Riel, Tom (Axiom) were very helpful. Trades were helpful when they are in.However, there were numerous issues with our heating systems which wasn’t resolved until 3 months after we moved in. The basic operation (lighting, roller shades, sounds) of the control 4 system was not functional from the beginning and still not completely.Overall, there should have been a better quality assurance process before the unit is turned over to the purchaser.

My car was damaged in a hit and run at a Bosa managed property, and I contacted Bosa after talking to ICBC 2 days after the incident to ask about getting camera footage. I was told they would look into it that week and was subsequently ignored and never received a reply upon following up weeks later. I also went back to the property and found a camera pointed directly where the incident occured and mentioned this to the 2 people I had been put in contact with, so it's not like they would have had to check every camera.Eventually I called the office again and was told someone would reach out, which they never did. Then that person also stopped responding. Very immature and unprofessional employees. Good luck to anyone who needs CCTV footage from a Bosa managed property; I don't even know why they have security cameras if they aren't going to assist when a crime occurs.

Had some deficiencies that needed to be repaired in my unit. Tim from Bosa was sent to help us out throughout the past year. He is extremely knowledgeable, funny and does an incredible job. Everything was done in a timely manner. Him and Peter had keen attention to detail and even cleaned up/vacuumed afterwards which I really appreciated.

A big thank you to Tim Castle and Bosa Properties. Bosa showed tremendous integrity in standing behind their product and repairing a problem that went unreported until after warranty period. Tim's customer service was top-notch as he coordinated with multiple trades, the tenant, and the property manager to make the repairs happen. Bosa and Tim’s efforts are very much appreciated by the investment owner, tenant, and property manager.

The Bosa team are extremely professional, diligent and friendly. We recently moved, as renters, into one of their developments, and decided shortly after to purchase from them. The quality and thoughtfulness put into the buildings is of the highest developer quality. Their sales team worked closely with us to find our perfect home and in the end we really felt as though we had a full team behind us in our transition from renters to home owners. We can't recommend them enough.

Edited review:We had a negative experience with some of the leasing agents after we handed in our notice to leave and rated Bosa 1 star as a result.After management/head office heard about the situation we had encountered with the leasing agents, their response has been excellent and they even told us they have updated their practices to ensure this doesn't occur again with other/future residents.They resolved the issue in a very satisfactory manner, and were humble and genuinely apologetic.I appreciate the effort that Bosa went through to make the situation right, and updating their policy to ensure this isn't repeated shows they care about their residents.It's unfortunate we seemed to encounter a few individuals with poor judgement, but it's clear those particular employees are not an accurate representation of Bosa as a company.

Bosa has been a great place for our family to grow. We have been living here Because of that and all the great amenity Space and rooftop community garden. The residents and staff have been wonderful over the years.

We purchased a Encore condo home in Victoria at the pre-sale phase when we learned that Bosa Properties was a key partner. Tim from Bosa was the point person who met with us on Day One and oriented us to our unit, making sure that we understood all the features & functions (kitchen, heating & cooling system, water shut off, electrical fuse, etc.). Tim also made sure that we understood we could follow through on any “snags” we encountered. We had one issue with a slight flaw on our kitchen island that has now been followed through on. We appreciate the customer service that is thorough, always pleasant, and professional.
