Pleasant to book with. Got me in sooner than expected for a windshield replacement. Price was as quoted and affordable. They shuttled me to and from work. Quality of the actual windshield is acceptable.Got vehicle back messier than I left it. A drop of black adhesive on the body below the VIN (permanent), dirty/muddy footprints on the inner trim of both front doors, and fine black shavings all over the dash and the top of the steering wheel. Hand prints on the inside of the windshield/adhesive on the outside. I guess they only wash and detail your vehicle after completing glass service if you're a woman?

My interaction with Uniglass plus Ziebart - St. Catharines was exceptional. They handled everything with my insurance company. They communicated everything I needed to know. They even dropped me off at my workplace and picked me up at the end of the day. Lastly, they even washed my car. Excellent service. Greatly appreciated.

Mike provided exceptional service, support, and a clear explanation of their services. I was provided a ride to and from home. Our car was washed, vacuumed, and delivered cleaner than we gave it to them. I'm a senior and have had many experiences over the years; this was by far the best.

I cannot say enough good things about the team here. I called in on Monday morning desperate to have my passenger window replaced same day, and they went above and beyond to accommodate and make it happen. Not only did they do a fantastic replacement, but they were so kind and helpful. I was at work during the day so they drove my car back out to me and had cleaned up the glass and entire interior. My car is cleaner than it has ever been since I bought it! I live in Hamilton but if I ever need help again I will happily make the drive out to St. Catharine's!

James and the staff were amazing! They replaced my windshield and James helped me with putting it through insurance. Did it for me no less! The service was fantastic. They wiped down my cars interior. They vacuumed. They cleaned the windows and washed my car. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service. I would recommend them to everyone!!! Thanks again guys!
