I subscribe to their email campaigns, and I like being in the loop so that when items I have been looking at goes on sale.The staff is attentive and knowledgable, and polite when assisting me and I notice it with their other customers too.The selection is fair, and because it is in Thompson, some items' color is not always available. However, they can order it for you and I received mine normally in 3 days.They also carry Bell MTS so very convenient for me when phone shopping.

Mixed feelings but this . staff are lacking in real cust service I am even followed around the store and then they ask my my wife if I was with her when she said yes they said oh ok because I looked and the word they used was sketchy ..my wife is like are you serious?? why is that because he's has long hair and tattoos???

Excellent customer service.Associates are always willing to go the extra mile such as helping find the right laptop fit for school. I also appreciate the sanitization efforts I’ve witnessed in store during this pandemic.
