Very slow and inattentive bank tellers lacking respect for customer time.At the time I visited this location there was only one other customer on site already being looked after. I was the first in line and waited for nearly 10 minutes before being addressed. Given my lengthy wait, I had time to count a total of 6 visible staff members either looking at their computer screens or conversing amongst each other. The staff was giving the impression that the branch manager wasn’t in that day since no one cared enough to address me. It wasn’t until 4 other groups of customers lined up behind me that one of the chatty tellers noticed and casually asked for the “next customer please”. I wonder what juicy gossip couldn’t wait. Perhaps an anecdote about another displeased customer? Guess we’ll never know..

If your banker is Muhammad Ahmad, good luck in getting any service from him. He ignores your emails and voice messages. Also, he doesn't have a backup. Terrible service I have ever experienced. If I can give them a negative star rating, that's where it would have landed.

The drive thru ATM at this location took my money deposit and after several minutes said it could not accept the deposit, but then failed to return my money. When I called the next day and left a message, NO ONE called me back. I called twice and NO ONE called me back. The message said that I would receive a call within two hours. It was 24hrs later that my call was returned and their response was basically, 'It's not our problem.'

Above and beyond customer service! They were fantastic my first time in there and I am over the moon that this branch is now my local TD bank.

This is not my bank but because I am the executor of my deceased sister who had an account here, I need to deal with this branch. I found the teller to be very pleasant but unfortunately could not answer all my questions, so she called Ali, the manager of customer experience, he was able to give me all the information I required and also answer the many questions I had....very knowledgable, very accomodating and very patient, even arranged for me to speak to an (estate) financial planner who happened to have 15 minutes between his next appt. I also was happy with the service provided by Daniel. Overall a fairly stress free experience for me

Both the teller and floor manager refused to accomodate me with a simple clerical note on the withdrawal transaction. Staff at other branches don't have a problem with my request. Rather disinterested people working there. Will not deal with this branch again

Branch is full of idiots, period. Unfamiliar with simple processes such as setting up pre-authorized payments on a credit card, and lack any sort of customer service on top of it all. Unfortunately this is the standard here it seems.

Although, the tellers are pleasant, the branch lacks in management knowledge & training of employees. Mahrosh (manager) & Peter (advisor) lack the proper direct investing account opening knowledge & make multiple errors with Know York Client Forms & Power of Attorney forms. Our family was told that we could not have 2 Power of Attorney's while TD Direct Investing said we could. This has caused delay in account opening. Neither recommended opening a higher interest savings account to park the 200K in funds. I had to do that myself. It took 3 visits to complete all the forms. Today, we are ready to move all our accounts out of TD because the branch manager & TD Direct Investing are giving 2 different stories. Branch says they are working on it, while TD Direct Investing head office says there are still issues. I do not recommend this branch for investing at all.

Don’t have the only people working the counter on a Saturday near close BOTH be trainees.
