Whoever does the hiring here – take a bow.Been here four times, each time helped by knowledgeable and friendly young staff with my various broken sunglasses issues, staying on the task until I got the info or repair needed.Two young women, two young men, all equally diligent, resourceful and smart; each was from a different ethnic background, just like so many other establishments all around the mall, and an essential part of what makes Calgary such a fabulous city.

Extremely rude lady working at location inside The Bay who would not help me with my recent purchase because the purchase was made through the Sunglass Hat location inside Chinook Center's The Bay even though she could see the record of transaction in the computer system. It's not my problem

Excellent customer service! Sami helped us out and not only was he knowledgeable about the selection but also went out of his way to show us different color options, customizations, and special orders. For being the only worker at the time he was able to handle everything and everyone so well! Would highly recommend this location.

The couple that runs this store seriously offered some of the best retail service I've ever had. Super informative, never pressured any sales and honestly helped me get a last minute Mother's Day gift on the Wednesday before the weekend. Top notch 10/10 please go to this sunglass hut it's a gem right across from Fossil in the Market Mall.

They never answer their phone which frustrates me I know they’re not that busy. I went in to look at sunglasses then asked the associates to order me a new pair since “they didn’t have a new one” she was trying to sell me the display. She kept telling me she can’t find it online (but I can find it on my phone) so I just left... came the next day it was a different associate I told her if she could order it online and she said yeah no problem and ordered it for me... (didn’t have ANY problems finding it online)

Superior service. The customer service representative remembered my name and commented on things we discussed the last time I was in the store.He also made very helpful suggestions and gave me a box to return a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses I broke in a bike accident - I didn't even realize they did this.He was incredibly helpful, kind and went over the top to ensure my satisfaction.

Buying sunglasses is one of those things I need to do in person. Fit, styles, colors, etc. Especially with the variety of sunglasses on the market right now. The dude working was very helpful. Good selection of many brands and everything was very accessible for trying on, etc. Salesman didn't pressure and was prompt when we had questions.

I don’t often go out of my way to write reviews, but the customer service at this Sunglass Hut location has been phenomenal. I’ve come in twice recently with older, well-loved Ray Bans expecting them to be past the point of repair, but the team at this location fixed them on the spot like magic. They also helped get them adjusted correctly for my face. When I do need to retire my current pairs, I will definitely be back to this location for new ones.
