I didn't think I could find a worse taco than Taco Bell but Taco John's succeeded. The only cheese I really found was on the outside of the taco. The meat, what there was of it, was room temperature at best. Their sauces lacked much flavor. There was much more lettuce than meat. The lettuce tasted of the preservative used to keep it from looking brown. Both tacos looked like this one when I opened them. The product on the outside of the shell did not help it to look appetizing. I know it's fast food but it shouldn't look like this. I will not go back.

1st time. Last time. My blind grandmother can throw together a taco better than this for 6.99 or whatever the hell I paid for it. Shameful.

Had a nice visit. The woman at the counter was great, even though she said that she was new and had to ask a question to another team member. Quick service. Food was nicely prepared. My second visit within a week or so. I'll be back.Update: Now my 3rd visit within the last 6 weeks. Taco Tuesday for breakfast. Just as good as can be. Even though I don't live in Fon du Lac, this is a great stop when passing through. Shout out to Tina and Aaron, my new Taco Team"!"

My original review praised this place. After tonight I can't ever recommend this place to anyone. Went inside. It's freezing in thereNo heat on. Either just a fan or ac and it's winter out.Placing an order took longer than one would be accustomed too. Wanted black beans on 2 tacos rather than beef. This seemed to create confusion and a headache in the kitchen like they'd never seen or heard black beans.Crispy tacos made wrong. No black beans. But rather something that maybe resembled refried beans? Or beef? Looked so bad I could not determine.Boss bowl. No black beans served with it.Took it up front to have the order fixed and a younger tall gentleman with a poor attitude, no professionalism and overbearing aggressive behavior towards didn't seem to believe me and wanted to see the receipt. I showed him where it says black beans on the receipt. He further got an attitude saying he needed to see the receipt and took it from me.As 4 coworkers bickered amongst each other loudly enough for all the people in the lobby to stare at them, the tall kid had an attitude, shaking his head. Furthermore he was chewing gum while standing at food prep areas handling food. Also found hair in my original boss bowl.After this he decided to be loud and obnoxious in general towards coworker. Belching so loudly and disgustingly all over food prep areas, not making any attempt to step away or cover his mouth.Took a lot of will power of mine not to confront him because I know how things would have ended up. Will be forwarding the food/health code violations to the health department and reaching out to Taco John's customer service.

It was at noon I used the drive thru. I was surprised but it took 10 minutes to get my food. I wasn’t too upset until I went to eat it and it was cold. One taco wasn’t wrapped just thrown in the bottom of the bag.

First time for inside dining. Been through the drive thru several times.The breakfast burritos were very good. Coffee for the drinks. Very nice inside!!! Customer service was very accommodating. Excellent visit and will be back.

It is quite pricey for greasy poor quality food. It was more greasy than their competitor. I went for the $2 off six pack and a pound, and still with the discount it was only a dollar less than an all you can eat buffet with better quality food. Further more, they no longer have the condiment bar, they now only have ketchup, mild sauce, and hot sauce. Overall my experience here was lame sauce and I cannot recommend this establishment. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Disappointed with the taste. Felt like eating boiled food. Chips were like they got it from store and served. Tasteless, spiceless food.

I generally consider Taco Johns fast food but there was nothing fast about this trip. The time between order and getting my food was 17 minutes. I was one of 6 groups here on Saturday so it certainly wasn’t busy. The general lack of care should have been an indication that disappointment was coming. Drink lids were out, straws low, sauce packets were empty, at least 15 trays were piled by the garbage, and many tables were dirty. While I was waiting 2 people brought up food that had been made wrong or were shorted items. The food was at least good but definitely not 17 minute wait good. It will be a long time before I come back and hopefully they have the basics down by then.
