We asked for a quote in early April 2016. Was given a satisfactory quote for a skylight (interior trim) repair and a small parging job on old fireplace chimney exit pipe. Quote was for $2500. Estimate was accepted by us and agreed on a May 9 start date for the project(s). May 9 came and went without a call or email from Mike. Called to ask when work would start, and Mike indicated that it would begin following Wednesday. No word on Wednesday. Apparently colleague had experienced car trouble and couldn't get to the job site. No problem on our end. Asked Mike (after several calls) to reschedule later in the week or next. Never received a call. Left 5 voicemails and none of them returned. Asked Mike politely to reschedule work as we are a young couple selling our home. No replies or calls.Finally, we gave up on Reilly's. They should probably concede to a name change. Reilly's UNRELIABLE Restoration" is a better choice."

Bradley and Cristina you are very fortunate. Poor quality work on my chimney. They did not do job way they said they would . Excuses ..same cost.. the work they did, crumbled. I will never use them or refer them.

We had Mike complete a major renovation to our master bath and master closet. We were completely satisfied with the end result and the journey it took to get there. Mike is a fair and competent renovator. We are going to use him for a major kitchen renovation in the spring

Mike fixed sidings for me. I was happy that he could come within the same day after the first call for the quote and fixed it the next day. Great service and quality of work.
