I was doing an extensive renovation and had issues with kitchen counter plugs, my 2 panels needed attention and needed to add a kitchen microwave and electric baseboards...Paul at Alpha Electric showed up on time for the appointment & spent the next 3 hours correcting everything that needed attention. The price was very reasonable and I would have no trouble recommending Alpha Electric to anyone needing expert, reliable electrical work.

I reached out to Paul of Alpha Electric for help with a bathroom ceiling fan replacement. He was very responsive and knowledgeable on the subject. Although it turned out what we needed was duct work, Paul still took the time to explain everything to me and didn't charge for the house call. I will definitely be using Alpha Electric in the future for any electrical jobs.

My washing machine agitator stopped and not knowing what to do I Googled to find a repair shop and luckily came across Paul's Alpha Electric. With in 3 hours he sent an amazing repair man who knew immediately what the problem was and in 15 minutes fixed it. What a great Christmas gift! The whole process from calling them to having my washing machine fixed was painless and was I able to get on with my laundry plus my anxiety level went from 100 to O . I highly recommend them.

Paul Hegele and his team were friendly and professional, it was easy and enjoyable to work with them and they were trustworthy. The crew of two people who did the job were also friendly, worked effectively and left the house clean. Was most impressed in how they came up with some creative solutions to do the work with the least amount of drywall modification. There was one situation where they might have had to cut through a bunch of joists, but they figured out an alternate wiring route that worked brilliantly. We will certainly hire them again in the future.

Alpha was exceptionally responsive. A water leak needed fixing and while it took a number of days to finally resolve, this was not Alpha's fault, it was the result of directives from the landlord. Nevertheless, Alpha was quick to respond each day when I informed them the leak had not yet been properly addressed. So, we appreciated their quick return and we are confident they would have done the job properly right from the get-go had their hands not been tied. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and I would happily use their services again - though I hope I don't need to.
