Quick and painless. Excellent service provided by Dan. Refilled both color and black ink cartridges for $20 dollars each for HP printer. Ready in two hours. Exemplary service and answered questions promptly. Well done!!

Same review I wrote on their facebook page:1. I bring in my empty cartridges and IMMEDIATELY get new ones instead of having to wait for mine to get filled.2. I came in today mentioning that I would ask for help picking out a laser printer in the future (which they have previously offered me help for) and I left with a functioning second hand printer for FREE because I bought a cartridge for it. Totally functional.3. Friendly service.Now I know Costco has ink refills for you and I've used them before, but they don't accept as many cartridges as Island Inkjet. Also, I think you have to come back to pick up YOUR cartridges.

I use a lot of ink as I volunteer for a non-profit. Previous to moving to Lethbridge I was told I could not have the ink cartridges for my HP office jet pro 8710 refilled because of a chip placed in the cartridges by the manufacturer. Thank goodness I happened upon Island Inkjet, not only can I have my cartridges refilled but I am given the time, the help and accurate information I need in a world of misinformation. I totally recommend Island Inkjet Lethbridge

Best deal in town for ink cartridges and super service

This is by far the best customer service of anywhere in Lethbridge! These guys know their stuff, and they aim to educate you so you know your stuff too. Every time I've bought a printer I call them and find out their opinion --they give me the run down on how much refills cost, how long they should last and based on 'what kind of printer' I am, whether it's a good buy for me. They always take the time and sound happy to do it. Highly recommed you check them out!
