The epitome of unprofessionalism and cheating. They ruined our fridge and did not take ownership for it. The technician came in late at night without the company knowing (he acknowledged) and without any call or prior notice. They might have forgotten this is canada and not india and such actions are highly unprofessional and uncalled for. The customer service person called Sam( not sure even if he used his real name) was extremely rude and unprofessional and was screaming at the top of his lungs and not admitting to the real reason for the call. All this is in recorded calls. Please do your due diligence even before thinking of taking their services. Also in their website it says they are rated A+ by Better Business Bureau but I have not seen their name yet on the website. I’ll make sure to search well and get to the bottom of this. Thanks
