They work with us at Transformation Community Church to provide an excellent Security system and surveillance cameras!Honestly, everything works amazingly. We recommend JamRock Security because; their staff is patient and kind, with a great work ethic, and their installation time was fast; Don and Kathy took time to gather the information required to execute the job and ensure that the job was well done, to our satisfaction and budget.They demo the system with us and get us set you up in no time, and follow up with us to make sure things are going well for us.

Been looking for an alarm company for a while and heard great things about JamRock Security. Spoke with Don and he was prompt in his replies and made helpful suggestions when he came down for the site visit. He was very honest and I felt I could trust him and his advice. After the alarm system was installed, I was put in touch with Kathy and she walked me thru the entire app setup. She was patient and like Don, made some helpful suggestions to maximize my user experience. All said and done, the process working with them was both an easy and enjoyable one. Don and Kathy are a pleasure to work with! I'd be happy to send all my family and friends to them, as I know they'd take great care of them as they did with me.

Everything moved quite speedily from initial contact through the JamRock website to getting a phone call to setting up the appointment. I liked their honesty when it came to pricing. Don stopped by a couple days later to do the install and was able to answer any questions I had. I was impressed by just how quickly things moved from that call to our home having an alarm and cameras. Kathy was awesome on the phone going through the entire system and sorting out the app and desktop dashboard. I felt completely at ease using the alarm and cameras following that call. I would highly recommend JamRock Security for your alarm needs! In the end it's a small price to pay for additional peace of mind!

I had an alarm installed at my home with Jamrock Securitythe service throughout the process of installation and service after has been nothing but first class. They helped immediately with any questions that came up afterward . Don and the staff are very courteous and helpful.
