Ordered mobile pickup n brought back home. While my son was eating his, we noticed there's MOLD on his bun. It's so obvious the staff can't miss it. I'm soooo disgusted and worried for my son as he obviously bit on it. I called them immediately the manager said would remake our order. We were so hungry n in a rush so I just complied. But I'm still in shock and didn't think clearly. I should just ask for refund instead. Was worried while eating the new order. Cuz it's from the same kitchen. When I went for pickup expect manager to serve me. But I had to ask to speak with her to show her this mold burger. She said it's OK. I said no it's not. I worry my son would get sick. She just kept apologizing. I'm tired of repeating same thing n hear same thing again. Just want to warn you all!!

Food has been consistently good, can't say the same about the service, coupons from the store are not being honoured. Numerous times I mention prior to ordering that I have a coupon which is acknowledged and then charged full price at check out.

Decided to try the new frozen root beer drink. Unsatisfied as to how stingy they are. If I’m paying $3.66 for a small drink I would at least think you would fill the cup. Mentioned it to the employee, and her response was that’s how the machine makes it, it out of her control.

If you want to be rushed through your order and not get a chance to look at the menu, this is the A&W to go to. They don't converse either. Just thrust your food out of the window and say Here's your food.That's customer service at its finest.

Just a place in a Gas Station, but the food is amazing. Love the Habanero Chicken Combo. However, the buddy Chicken burger has a slightly sweet mayonnaise.. does not go well with me.

Extremely bad service. The take hours just to fulfill a simple order of fries. Especially bad at later hours of the night.

I ordered food online from this place 2time. They sent the sweet potatoes fries instead of regular fries. Even last time, they sent the drinks with no straw. Not good service. Staff need to check the orders properly.
