I just had Kyle attend my new home to install 13 new appliances on the main part of the house and downstairs suite, as well as the gas BBQ line. He was punctual, professional and very competent in his ability and knowledge of the products. He spent two days getting everything in place and hooked up which included our gas stove. He was quick and efficient made sure I was pleased with the results and explained and answered any questions I had on the various appliances. He is very fair with his pricing and was a real pleasure to know him and have him handle the task. I would highly recommend Kyle for any appliance install.

We had a great customer service experience from Kyle of First Choice Mechanical. We just moved into an apartment and purchased new appliances and Kyle installed our overhead range and microwave through Lowe's. While he was there, he also kindly helped us by fixing our dishwasher. We didn’t know what was wrong with it, but he figured it out right away. It's all working great now and he exceeded our expectations. In fact, his service was so amazing we called him to come back to do some more work for us. We had him flip and re-install the doors on 2 new fridges. It would have taken us hours or days to figure out how to do it, but he did it in minutes. What a time saver! Also, when some difficulties arose, he was able to provide solutions quickly. He also fixed a toilet issue in one of our bathrooms. He has all the needed tools on hand and is very knowledgeable. He has a wide range of skills and experience to handle all kinds of tasks. He's very friendly and was able to schedule an appointment with us quickly. We are in Abbotsford, but he services many locations in the Fraser Valley. We will call him again for any related things that happen in our home. We highly recommend Kyle for all your appliance and plumbing needs.

We had Kyle remove old and install new microwave. He and Russell were very efficient and reasonable priced. The old was removed in minutes and the new install was done in a timely manner. Kyle checked to confirm micro was working showing us how to use some of the functions. Before leaving he even cleaned under fridge to remove all dust accumulated on coils. That's going above and beyond. Job well done, thank-you.

We were having such a hard time finding a part for our new dryer, we called first choice mechanical, they were able to quickly show up Friday of a long weekend and have it done so fast. We were without laundry for almost 2 weeks (with a baby) and had been endlessly contacting other companies, so I was so relieved to have them come. We were so lucky to find Kyle when our oven needed a repair last week. He chatted with me on the phone and let me know all my options for the repair - even ones that would save me money and not benefit his company's bottom line. He made room in his schedule and repaired it quite quickly. He also looked at a fridge and dryer issue we had.Within 30 minutes, I had a repaired oven, smoothly running fridge and a dryer that has not worked this well in years - all for a very reasonable rate. Usually I am shocked at the rates charged for the service provided but Kyle presents a very different alternative. I highly recommend Kyle's company and will be calling him for anything that comes up in the future.
