This place is absolutely awful and should be illegal. The whole environment is setup to make you feel like you're a caged animal in your own car. From the moment you arrive, you are treated as subhuman. It is dark and uninviting. The nurse was extremely rude and acted as if we were pond scum. This seems to be a trend.There is also signage around everywhere stating you are not allowed to take video or photos. What are they trying to hide? Absolutely disgusting.

I had an appointment, but spent 1 hour and 40 minutes in the car waiting with two little kids. I wanted the Nasal Buccal for my son as it is less invasive. Three employees gave me a hard time about this and tried to convince me to do the regular (very invasive) test. I kept insisting on the buccal, but the nurse ended up sticking the swab well over an inch up my son’s nose. He was hysterical!

My daughter and I had to get tested today. The experience was pleasant and very streamlined. Everyone that we spoke to was polite and professional. The gentleman that swabbed us was great with my 4 year old. He explained everything he was going to do, what to expect, and talked her thru the whole process.

COVID-19 Assessment Centre
I went there 2 days ago during lunch hrs ..Not much crowded ,Overall 10 cars in the drive thru.Staff was courteous and informative . Took me 20 mins overall from arrival to departure.Points to note --1. Appointment mandatory2. At the entrance you will be given a paper to fill and will be collected by a staff thereafter.3. If you don't have a health card they will provide you a slip to check your results.

I visited this testing center at Charles Street, Kitchener for two reasons, first, my husband came in direct contact with a co-worker who tested positive for Covid. Second, I visit, on a regular basis, a long term care facility (Freeport). I was directed by telehealth to get a Covid test. When I drove up to the facility - the nurse did not say hello - she took my piece of paper and said Why are you here" - I referred to the above reasonings at which she told me I did not "qualify" for the test. There was one person waiting in front of me and I asked if I could please take the test as I was directed

I went in today to get rapid covid test done every thing was quick and perfect, they were all polite and friendly so they get a perfect star rating and I would recommend anyone to them, I don't understand all the stupid negative comments either, #1 - its only common sense to wear a mask before you enter, #2 - have health card ready, #3 - fill out card they give you, #4 get rapid test done doesn't hurt and not that big of a deal, #5 done.I was in and out with in 15 minutes or so but it will depend on line up . I could only give 5 stars but they deserve 10 stars

We had a really negative experience visiting this assessment centre. Most of the workers seemed rushed, impatient and irritable, and left me feeling like I was wasting their time. We chose the buccal/nasal swab option for my young daughter and were repeatedly told it's highly inaccurate". Since it's being offered at this assessment centre

Place is a waste of duckin time. I have been in the line up for an hour with an appointment. Keep turning the car on and off after moving a foot at a time. You are better off making an appointment at a clinic and they will see you right at your appointment time. This drive thru is a joke.

I took my 8 year old daughter for a covid test today and had a completely horrible experience. The the staff, the woman doing the test specifically, was abrupt and mean and acted annoyed by even the most basic questions. She made my daughter more stressed before she even did the test by telling her they both hurt"

The nose swab wasn't that bad actually. First time. Drive through service was quick. Maybe I got lucky, I dno but my experience was a lot better than I expected from reading these other reviews
