Had an issue with my meal a few months ago and did the McDonald’s survey. Was contacted by the store manager William L. Promised to rectify my issue and mail me a voucher for a free combo. Months go by and nothing in the mail. Have been emailing follow ups every other week and no response. If you’re going to say you’ll do something, do it, I expect more from upper management especially McDonald’s.

I do enjoy the convenience of this location, but their drive-thru service needs to improve. Numerous times we have been served and I find out down the road that we are missing items. Last Friday was the worst - we waited 20 minutes for our order in the parking spots on the side. It seemed that there was a lack of organization inside, unfortunately.

Depends on the staff on duty, 2 really cannot really do the job with poor attitude and very slow service. Also not paying attention to the lineup. Should've cleared up some lineup from time to time before it gets long. Some items are not available at this location. Thought it's a policy every location must offer the same full line of products. More surprisingly didn't expect it's not a standard practice they have to wear gloves to prepare the sandwiches.Can u imagine the staff kept chatting with the guy not even ordering or finished his order ignoring the lineup continued for couple of minutes making all of us standing there. This place is the woret.

This is actually my favourite location. The staff are very friendly, quality is always perfect and wait time is decent.The staff are friendly in the sense where if they notice something off about your order or a mistake, they will clarify with you before making it.Quality is always perfect. The food is always fresh, fries perfectly salted, made correctly and never missing anything.Wait time isn’t as long as other locations. I’ve waited 30-60 mins before. This location’s wait time is 5-10 mins top. Depending on the size of your order. (I always order for 4-5 people).

Ordered ice cream and ending up getting half the cup full not worth the 20 minute wait would not recommend very unfriendly staff

Get rid of the computerized ordering system. It stinks and adds to the wait time. Also, there is usually no one on the cash to serve instore customers. You have created a mess trying to save a few bucks. Bad move.

Food was made to order. Unfortunately I had to reassemble my Filet-o-fish. The bottom bun was only half way under the rest of it. And the sauce was running down one side and there wasn't any on the other side. Good thing they gave plenty of napkins.Front staff were quick.
