Always superb customer service, they almost always have the product(s) that I am looking for. Staff is super friendly, always wanting to help out with great ideas and solutions. The only thing they need to do is make more room for wheelchair access in the isles.

Staff is often rude, and unaware of products in the store. When treated lumber changed to the brown tint I asked for assistance with the stain color to match and two people scratched their heads and said yeah this should be it and I was like ARE YOU SURE? and they said yeah I think so. When I went to the till at the back asked another guy one more time if this would work for the treated lumber I just ordered and he said nope that's way different I'll grab you the standard stuff. Very disappointing.

Bought a lumber and garage package from Blair. Few minor finishing trim mistakes. Quickly reordered and moved on. Price was solid. Service was good. Can't complain. Weekly visits back there for lots of different items and always pleasant.

Yard staff lazy. Front store staff could be more PLEASANT to customers.. The store seems to have only one of each product. Store actually runs out of lumber. The store does not consider providing you an alternate for the same price of the product they run short on. Management should learn that you can not sell products if you do not carry more than one. Very disappointing store inventory. Drive a little further and you can have everything your looking for. Small town, small community does not allow a free pass.
