What a great experience! From prompt service booking our pickup, to the team showing up exactly on time it was an amazing job. I would highly recommend using these guys. I used independent local(tri cities) companies in the past and never got this level of professionalism. 10/10!!

This is hands down the easiest , most professional service I have ever dealt with I. Vancouver , PERIOD! They gave me a quote immediately on the phone / day of , arrived EARLY! Let me repeat they arrived EARLY! They were fast , kind , and did not damage anything . Will recommend to everyone

Movers did couch removal in a timely and professional manor however the way Just Junk prices their jobs is deceitful. I gave both item dimensions to the customer service person and she provided me with a quote of $159. All of their trucks are the same size so when the Junk Junk team showed and and then gave me a price of $199 I was extremely annoyed. I couldn't ask them to go because my new couch had already arrived.Junk Junk knows the size of the trucks they send out so why can't they provide accurate quotes at the time calls are made to customer service?

Awesome service! I had a giant heavy leather couch set that needed disposal. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked fast and took great care in not damaging the walls and other furnishings. Not much more you can ask for. The price was worth it not to deal with the headache (and eventual back aches) of moving them myself and having to pay disposal fees for my troubles. Great work guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again.

I am a property manager, and I've worked with JUST JUNK 3 times now, and they have provided excellent service every single time. The guys are friendly and professional. They provide more than enough information regarding what they can or can't take (and reasons for why they can't). Best of all, booking with them and the entire exchange/transaction was incredibly smooth. For anyone who wants quick, hassle-free junk removal services, these guys are definitely a great pick!

Amazing. Called when they said they would, showed up right on time, assessed the work, they were done in maybe 20 minutes flat and moved a considerable amount of junk. Totally professional, friendly and efficient.

did a very large purge/decluttering of my apartment and booked junk removal with just junk. they showed up in early in he two hour window and were able to remove everything i was getting rid of in about a half hour. super professional, very quick, requested help from their team as needed and even helped my m bring a large box up from her car at the end. would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great value for the service that I got. It was difficult to remove the furniture from our place, but the team was able to work through it and were professional and courteous. I feel like they went above and beyond what I expected which was a surprise to be sure; but a welcome one.
