I have just received the BEST customer service experience from Spencer at the Bell Store in Timmins Square mall. Spencer gave us his undivided and very helpful service while we looking to add our kids to our plan. The service was so amazing and personable we walked out with two upgrades and two new phone lines at an excellent price. Darren, the store manager, was also there helping and offering up some great conversation. Great work to both of you! You made our experience wonderful. Honestly I was hesitant to go into the store as previous experiences with other Bell stores were disappointing. Spencer and Darren now have new loyal customers and will receive a lot of positive word of mouth referrals from us. Thank you both.

Always a great experience at Bell in the Timmins Square. Darren always makes it a enjoyable experience. Cellular can be a frustrating for customers and the employees. So glad to have this store and it’s staff!!!!!!!!!

Everything went amazing. Daryl did everything for me and I pretty much just had to show up and pick up my product. Honestly I’ve never had such a better experience buying a new phone than this store. Such an amazing experience. I dropped my phone in a waterfall while kayaking and he replaced it right away with what even better phone really fast. It was honestly amazing and Daryl was such an amazing help. Very good at teacher. Teaches you how to be smart with your plan and setting up. And honestly it was pretty amazing. 10/10 would recommend

I went to Bell to update my phone as my contract was coming to an end. Darren was extremely helpful and very nice. Greeted us with a smile. He was very helpful and patient. It was excellent customer service.
