Myself and my partner got our bands custom made here with Christina and we couldn't have had a better experience. We knew what we wanted and she didn't hesitate to spend the time with us to understand our designs, rework if needed, and make sure the process was seamless end to end. She is responsive in her communication and even when the manufacturer of my partners band (manufacturer was not Calgary jewelery) didn't do a good job the first time around, she made sure to hold them accountable and she took it upon herself to deliver the product that was promised to us. She is such a pleasure to work with and our experience was amazing!

I was having an issue with my engagement ring bought at a different store and needed advice on size, and Calgary Jewellery was SO nice about it. They kindly helped me figure out my size and leave without being pushy or rude about the fact I wasn’t buying or even looking to buy there. I will be going back to buy wedding bands there because of how nice and patient they were!

Great customer service and selection! All the staff are knowledgeable and takes great care of you as soon as you walk in.Christina listened to my preferences and really took great care at helping me find the perfect piece to add to my collection. She was so patient with all my questions and there was no pressure to buy throughout the whole sale process. The pieces recommended were at a variety of price points.10/10 great experience and will definitely return for future purchases!

Amazing service and beautiful on the inside. They re-platted my wedding ring since my stone was loose and they fixed it and cleaned it. It looks brand new and I couldn't be happier!

underwhelming experience with Calgary Jewellery, which has left me feeling rather disappointed. Things have only gone downhill since they moved to their new location. Bought a Verragio Wedding set for my wife in 2017, went to the new location for the first time as she needed them resized. they no longer carry Verragio.Staff lacked professionalism, struggled to find the previous purchase info and questioned if we had even purchased the rings at their location, as if we were out of place.Took over a week to receive an estimate. Which seemed quite expensive, and didn't match the scope of what had been discussed. when my wife picked up her rings. The over the phone estimate numbers were different to those of the instore assistant.
